One Piece Chapter 14, page 2-3: Chapter 14: RECKLESS

Buggy and his crew completely misunderstand Mohji's collapsed warning. The pirates wonder, "WHAT'D HE SAY?" and "MOHJI WAS TRYING TO TELL US SOMETHING." Cabaji notes, "HE COULD BARELY STAND! MUST HAVE BEEN IMPORTANT..." Buggy ponders, "'BEWARE THE RUB!?' WHAT KIND OF RUB COULD DO THAT TO A MAN!?" He then comes to a ridiculous conclusion: "HMM... THAT BOY MUST HAVE USED SOME DIABOLICAL RUBBING TECHNIQUE ON HIM...!" The crew is amazed, shouting, "AR! THE SKIPPER'S GOT IT!" Buggy fumes in anger, yelling, "DARN YOU, MOHJI! BEATEN BY A MASSEUR?! IF THIS GETS OUT, OUR REPUTATION'S SCUTTLED!" He immediately orders, "LOAD THE BUGGY BALLS, YOU SWABS!! WE'VE A TOWN TO DESTROY!!" to which the crew enthusiastically replies, "AYE AYE, CAP'N BUGGY!

At the townspeople's refuge, a sign reads "THE REFUGE OF THE TOWNSPEOPLE." Suddenly, the dog Chouchou limps into the camp, heavily injured. The townspeople notice him, shouting, "WHAT'S THAT!?" and "HEY! IT'S CHOUCHOU FROM THE PET FOOD SHOP!" A man with short dark hair and glasses kneels down to tend to the dog, saying, "WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE OKAY, BOY! WE WERE WORRIED ABOUT YOU." Another man with slicked-back light hair and a plaid shirt remarks, "HE'S HURT BAD. CURSED PIRATES! LET'S TAKE CARE OF HIS WOUNDS." The crowd begins to murmur in worry, asking, "BUT WHERE'S THE MAYOR?" and "THAT'S RIGHT...! MAYOR BOODLE WENT TO FEED CHOUCHOU. WHAT'S CHOUCHOU DOING HERE WITHOUT HIM?
