Buggy declares, 'I'M SAYING THAT I'M NOT A NICE ENOUGH GUY TO TELL YOU INFORMATION THAT YOU WANT TO KNOW. EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST WISH BEFORE YOU DIE... YOU'RE GOING TO BE DEAD.' Luffy clenches his fist and replies, 'THEN LET ME MAKE YOU SAY IT BY FORCE!' Buggy laughs, 'KUHAHAHAHA! BEFORE YOU HEAR IT...' as he stomps his feet with a 'STOMP STOMP' sound effect. He unsheathes several knives between his fingers with a sharp 'シャキーン' sound effect, warning Luffy, 'EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE RUBBER, THERE ARE STILL SOME THINGS THAT WON'T BOUNCE OFF YOU.' Luffy gulps and calmly agrees, 'MM, THAT'S RIGHT.' Buggy prepares his attack, chanting, 'BA-RA BA-RA...

Buggy launches his attack, shouting, 'WINDMILL!!' His detached hand spins the knives rapidly like a propeller, flying straight toward Luffy. Luffy quickly jumps high into the air to dodge the spinning blades, shouting, 'SWING! SWING!' Buggy is surprised by Luffy's agility, noting that he is 'MOVING HERE AND THERE IN THE AIR...!
