Bystanders whisper in panic, shouting, "He punched the Captain's son!" and warning that "Captain Morgan will be furious!" Helmeppo cries out in disbelief, "No one has ever hit me! Not even Daddy! Y-you hit me! You actually hit me!" Monkey D. Luffy stands over him calmly, adjusting his straw hat, and declares, "Scum is scum... no matter who its father is!" Coby panics completely, grabbing Luffy and screaming, "Luffy! Stop! Are you trying to pick a fight with the whole Navy!"
