One Piece Chapter 18, page 4-6: Buggy, 'The Clown Pirate'

In the main panel below, Luffy stands in the middle of the ruined street of Orange Town, facing Buggy. Luffy asks with intense curiosity, 'RED-HAIRED?' and 'DO YOU KNOW SHANKS?!

Buggy is intrigued by Luffy's reaction, saying, '...MMM? WHAT'S THIS...? LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE CONSIDERABLY INTERESTED.' Luffy demands to know, 'WHERE IS HE NOW?' Buggy replies, 'I KNOW HIM, BUT WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?' He then teases Luffy, saying, 'WHERE...? WELL... IF I KNOW THEN I KNOW, AND IF I DON'T KNOW THEN I COULD ALSO NOT KNOW ANYTHING AT ALL...!!' Luffy, completely blank-faced, asks, 'WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? ARE YOU AN IDIOT?' This infuriates Buggy, who screams, 'WHADDYA MEAN "IDIOT", YOU UNCIVILIZED BUFFOON!!
