On the deck of the pirate ship, a young woman named Anne, wearing a striped shirt and a dark skirt, angrily confronts Luffy. A text box introduces her: 'NAME: ANNE'. She yells, 'HOW DARE YOU? WHY'D YOU BRING BALLOON!?' Luffy, sitting casually on the deck, blinks: 'BAL-LOON?' Anne continues to fume, pointing accusingly: 'HE GOT CAUGHT BY THEM BECAUSE OF YOU!! YOU WERE HOLDING HIM DOWN RIGHT!? I WAS WATCHING!!' Luffy points to the caged bird behind them: 'BALLOON? OH, THAT PANDA?' Anne snaps back, 'HE'S NOT A PANDA!!' Luffy calmly replies, 'HE WAS HURT.'
