Back at the shop, Nami and Zoro listen to the kids explain how Usopp has been visiting Kaya for a year to restore her spirits with his made-up tales. The kids praise their captain's "lies" and "cowardice," saying the lady is feeling much better thanks to him. Luffy, inspired by the story, suddenly stands up and shouts, "ALL RIGHT!! THEN WE SHALL GO TO THE MANSION AND ASK FOR A SHIP!!!" Nami is shocked, yelling, "NO!! DIDN'T YOU JUST SAY YOU'D GIVE IT UP?"
