One Piece Chapter 1.2, page 29-32: Romance Dawn (Version 2)

Luffy stands on the deck and begins twisting his arm around itself like a tight spring. Spiel, clinging to the rigging high above, looks down in confusion and terror: 'BUH!!!?

With a powerful throw, Luffy stretches his arm incredibly far up into the sky, wrapping his hand securely around the top of the ship's mast.

Using the tension of his stretched arm, Luffy catapults himself upward. The pirate crew watches in utter disbelief: 'HIS ARM STRETCH-ED~~~!!!' Luffy delivers a devastating punch straight to Spiel's face, sending him crashing down through the wooden deck: 'GWE!' The crew screams, 'WHAT IS THIS GUY!!!? A-ARE WE HAVING A DREAM!!?

Luffy lands back on the deck. Anne, sweating in shock, asks, 'W-WHAT ARE YOU...!?' Luffy grins and stretches his cheeks wide: 'ISN'T IT FUNNY? I TOLD YOU I ATE THE GOMU GOMU FRUIT, RIGHT? I'M A HEAD-TO-TOE RUBBER MAN. IN EXCHANGE FOR BEING A HAMMER FOREVER.' Anne and the remaining pirates scream in unison, 'R-RUBBER MAN!!?
