One Piece Chapter 21, page 10-11: VILLAGE

Luffy and Nami arrive at the harbor. Nami pants, saying, "HUA... WAS GETTING PRETTY WORRIED. THANKS TO SHUSHU WE BARELY GOT AWAY. WHY DOES IT ALWAYS END UP THIS WAY?" Luffy replies, "WHO CARES WHAT THEY THINK... WE DID WHAT WE CAME TO DO! WELL, IT'S NOT QUITE LIKE THAT." They look at the small boat moored at the dock. Luffy says, "WAH! IT'S COOL. I ENVY YOU. IS THIS YOUR BOAT?" Nami answers, "I STOLE IT FROM A BUNCH OF STUPID PIRATES. I DON'T THINK SO." Suddenly, a voice calls out from behind them, "WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU, THIEF!!" Nami and Luffy turn around in surprise.

Three of Buggy's pirate subordinates stand on the dock, blocking their path. One is a fat pirate with an anchor symbol on his vest, the middle one has a skull bandana, and the third has puffy hair and goggles. They sneer, "WE KNEW YOU'D COME BACK IF WE STAYED HERE. HEHEHEHE! I NEVER DREAMED THAT WE'D SEE THIS BOAT AGAIN IN THIS VERY HARBOR AFTER YOU STOLE IT. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SAY THAT YOU'VE FORGOTTEN US...!!" Nami gasps, "YOU... YOU GUYS ARE..." Luffy asks, "YOU KNOW THEM?" The pirates reply, "'SORT OF'!? WE HAVE A LONG HISTORY! STEALING FROM OTHERS IS SUCH A TERRIBLE THING TO DO, I GUESS WE GET TO TEACH YOU ALL A LESSON. SO YOU HAVE A GANG NOW?" Luffy pats Nami's head, laughing, "HAHAHA, MAN, DON'T FAINT LIKE A COWARD! STUPID! HEY, HOLD YOUR FACE UP PROPERLY!
