One Piece Chapter 7, page 7-8: Chapter 7: Friends

The door to the restaurant opens with a "KREEK!!" sound. A Marine officer, Lieutenant Ripper, enters along with several other Marines. He says, "EXCUSE ME..." The townspeople watch from outside the windows. Ripper addresses them, "YOU GENTLEMEN ARE PIRATES......CORRECT?" Luffy proudly smiles and says, "THAT'S RIGHT. I EVEN HAVE A CREWMAN NOW! WHICH MAKES ME A GENUINE PIRATE CAPTAIN!" Ripper continues, "UM... YOU SAVED OUR BASE AND THIS TOWN......AND WE ARE TRULY GRATEFUL TO YOU. HOWEVER, WE'RE STILL NAVAL MARINES......AND WE CAN'T SHELTER PIRATES.

Ripper politely but firmly states, "I'M SORRY, BUT I HAVE TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE. BUT TO SHOW OUR GRATITUDE, WE WON'T REPORT YOU TO THE NAVY." The townspeople outside grow angry, growling "GRR GRR GRR" and shouting, "NAVY PIGS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?", "YOU HATED MORGAN AS MUCH AS WE DID!!!", and "THEY'RE YOUR SAVIORS, TOO!" Luffy stands up and says, "I GUESS WE'LL BE GOING, THEN... MA'AM, THANKS FOR THE MEAL..." Ririka looks sad. Koby stands there silently. Luffy and Zoro walk past Koby with a "WSH" sound. Koby looks down, sweating, as Luffy and Zoro leave.
