One Piece Chapter 14, page 1-2: Chapter 14: RECKLESS

First Mate Mohji crawls back to Buggy's base, heavily beaten and bruised, with his pet lion Richie lying defeated behind him. He desperately tries to deliver a warning to his captain. Buggy and Cabaji look on in shock as Mohji gasps out, "S-SORRY... CAPTAIN... I'VE GOT TO TELL HIM THAT THE KID IS A RUBBER MAN..." Buggy is stunned, shouting, "THE KID!? THE KID IN THE STRAW HAT BEAT YOU!? NOT ZOLO!?" Mohji continues to struggle, muttering, "...UNDER... ESTIMATED HIM. THE KID... G-GOT TO TELL HIM... CAP'N... SIR... BEWARE... THE RUB-" before collapsing completely unconscious with a "FWUMP" sound, leaving his final words cut off as "...MAN......RUB...!!

Buggy and his crew completely misunderstand Mohji's collapsed warning. The pirates wonder, "WHAT'D HE SAY?" and "MOHJI WAS TRYING TO TELL US SOMETHING." Cabaji notes, "HE COULD BARELY STAND! MUST HAVE BEEN IMPORTANT..." Buggy ponders, "'BEWARE THE RUB!?' WHAT KIND OF RUB COULD DO THAT TO A MAN!?" He then comes to a ridiculous conclusion: "HMM... THAT BOY MUST HAVE USED SOME DIABOLICAL RUBBING TECHNIQUE ON HIM...!" The crew is amazed, shouting, "AR! THE SKIPPER'S GOT IT!" Buggy fumes in anger, yelling, "DARN YOU, MOHJI! BEATEN BY A MASSEUR?! IF THIS GETS OUT, OUR REPUTATION'S SCUTTLED!" He immediately orders, "LOAD THE BUGGY BALLS, YOU SWABS!! WE'VE A TOWN TO DESTROY!!" to which the crew enthusiastically replies, "AYE AYE, CAP'N BUGGY!
