One Piece Chapter 33, page 7-8: The Silent Man

Jango explains to the onlookers that Kuro's "Silent Step" is a soundless movement technique so perfect that he could silently assassinate fifty men, making escape from his plans impossible.

Jango continues to explain Kuro's terrifying nature, noting that Kuro still keeps his old habit of pushing his glasses up with the palm of his hand to avoid scratching himself with his "Cat's Claws." This habit proves he has not forgotten how to fight. Kuro lightly nicks Sham and Buchi's necks, causing them to cry out in pain. He tells them coldly, "After three quiet years...
