One Piece Chapter 20, page 7-9: A Thief's Philosophy

Buggy's parts swarm around. Luffy complains, "DAMN IT! THERE SHOULD BE A LIMIT TO THIS BARA BARA!! IF IT'S LIKE THIS, THERE'S NO WAY I CAN FIGHT HIM!!" Buggy laughs, "KUHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! SEE IF YOU CAN PROTECT YOUR FRIEND NOW!" Buggy's head and hands fly at Nami, who refuses to give up the treasure. Luffy notices Buggy's feet walking on the ground and grabs them, shouting, "GOTCHA!! YOU FOOT!

Luffy sits down and tickles Buggy's captured foot. Buggy's flying head suddenly feels the tickling and bursts into uncontrollable laughter: "PUHEHEHEHEHEHEHE... ST... STOP... KUHEHEH!" Nami is bewildered. Luffy then pinches and cracks Buggy's toes, causing Buggy to scream in pain: "AAAAAAHH...!!" Nami gasps in shock.

Buggy continues to scream and laugh hysterically. Nami yells at Luffy, "STOP IT YOU IDIOT!!" She then realizes she must take advantage of the distraction, declaring, "THE ONE THAT'S GOT TO STOP...!" She prepares to tie up Buggy's floating torso.
