One Piece Chapter 19, page 16: Devil's Fruit

Buggy screams in absolute horror, "AAAAAA-AAAAAH-HHHHH-HHHHH-HHHHH" as Shanks looks on in confusion. Buggy grabs Shanks by the collar, shaking him violently and screaming, "YOU... YOU... YOU BASTARD, I... I...! I... AA... AAAAHH!!" During the struggle, the treasure map slips from Buggy's hand and flies away into the wind. Buggy shrieks, "AAAAH-HHH, MY MAP!!!" Shanks asks, "WHAT IS THAT? THAT PIECE OF PAPER." Buggy leaps over the ship's railing to catch the map, plunging into the ocean with a loud splash. Shanks calls out, "HEY!! BUGGY?!" Submerged in the water, Buggy suddenly realizes he cannot swim. He panics as he sinks, thinking, "WHAT THE... MY BODY CAN'T MOVE PROPERLY..."
