I need to talk to Zolo." At the massive Marine Naval Fortress, Captain Morgan sits in his grand office, smoking a cigar. A Marine officer, Lieutenant Rokkaku, flatters him, saying, "You certainly are, sir! You're the great Captain Morgan, sir!" Morgan angrily questions why the tributes from the townsfolk are getting smaller. Rokkaku nervously explains, "Yessir, regarding your tributes... I believe the townspeople are now too poor to raise--" but Morgan cuts him off, declaring, "It's not a question of how much they can pay... It's a question of their respect for me!" Zoro is stunned to hear that Luffy wants to be the King of the Pirates, asking if he even knows what that means. Coby smiles, saying he was shocked too, but knows Luffy will succeed or die trying. Suddenly, a loud explosion echoes from the fortress. Luffy is seen running through the halls, dragging Helmeppo behind him while demanding to know where Zoro's swords are. Marines chase after them.
