The door to the restaurant opens with a "KREEK!!" sound. A Marine officer, Lieutenant Ripper, enters along with several other Marines. He says, "EXCUSE ME..." The townspeople watch from outside the windows. Ripper addresses them, "YOU GENTLEMEN ARE PIRATES......CORRECT?" Luffy proudly smiles and says, "THAT'S RIGHT. I EVEN HAVE A CREWMAN NOW! WHICH MAKES ME A GENUINE PIRATE CAPTAIN!" Ripper continues, "UM... YOU SAVED OUR BASE AND THIS TOWN......AND WE ARE TRULY GRATEFUL TO YOU. HOWEVER, WE'RE STILL NAVAL MARINES......AND WE CAN'T SHELTER PIRATES."
