One Piece Chapter 1.1, page 47-48: Romance Dawn (Version 1)

Shiruku stands on the pier, looking out at the sea with a warm smile. She thinks, "PEACE MAIN, HUH... SO THERE ARE THOSE KIND OF PIRATES TOO. Out on the ocean, Luffy sails away on his boat, which now has additional sails. He grins happily, saying, "SINCE THE SAILS INCREASED, IT PICKS UP THE WIND A LOT BETTER... PIRATES PIRATES!". He relaxes on the deck, shouting, "AHHHH THIS FEELS GOOD... IT'D BE NICE IF THE NEXT ONE IS A PEACE MAIN...".

A flash-forward panel shows an adult Luffy standing proudly on the deck of a large pirate ship, surrounded by his crew members (including prototype designs of a swordsman, a female navigator, and a sniper). The crew shouts, "CAPTAIN! CAPTAIN!" and "AN ISLAND! WE'VE SPOTTED AN ISLAND!". Luffy grins and adjusts his straw hat, replying, "YEAH, THEN... LET'S LAND.

STRAW HAT LUFFY'. THE NAME OF THAT PIRATE......GAINING FAME IN THIS SEA......IS A STORY FOR ANOTHER TIME. Fin".
