One Piece Chapter 18, page 8-10: Buggy, 'The Clown Pirate'

Buggy launches his attack, shouting, 'WINDMILL!!' His detached hand spins the knives rapidly like a propeller, flying straight toward Luffy. Luffy quickly jumps high into the air to dodge the spinning blades, shouting, 'SWING! SWING!' Buggy is surprised by Luffy's agility, noting that he is 'MOVING HERE AND THERE IN THE AIR...!

Buggy boasts that dodging his flying knives 'IS MOST LIKELY IMPOSSIBLE!!' Luffy retorts, 'WHY NOT?' and stretches his arm out to grab the edge of a nearby building roof with a 'STREEEETCH...' sound effect. With a quick 'PULL!', Luffy slingshots himself away, narrowly avoiding the knives that slash through the air behind him with a loud 'SWOOSH!!' sound effect.

Buggy is impressed, laughing, 'OHO!! SO, YOU CAN DO THINGS LIKE THAT!! HOW INTERESTING!!' Luffy immediately counters, winding up his arm and shouting, 'GOMU GOMU... PISTOL!!' He fires a powerful stretched punch straight at Buggy. However, Buggy detaches his head with a 'PLOP...' sound effect, letting Luffy's fist pass harmlessly underneath. Buggy smiles and says, 'YOU'RE AN INTERESTING PERSON TOO. IT'S AN INTERESTING ABILITY, BUT...!!
