Boodle, the mayor of Orange Town, stands defiantly in front of the "Drinker Pub" holding a wooden spear. A dramatic "DA-DOOM!!" sound effect underscores his stand. He yells, "I'M BOODLE, AND I'VE BEEN MAYOR OF THIS TOWN SINCE YOU WERE PILLAGING NURSERIES! I'M HERE TO CHALLENGE YOU!" Buggy looks down from the balcony, asking, "WHO ARE YOU... AND WHAT'S YOUR DEATH WISH?" Cabaji stands silently nearby, observing.

Buggy's crew bursts into laughter at Boodle's challenge, shouting "HA HA HA HA HA HA HA" and "BWA HA HA HA HA HA!" They mock him, asking, "DOES HE REALLY THINK HE CAN BEAT THE CAPTAIN!?" Cabaji steps forward and says, "LEAVE HIM TO ME, SIR." Buggy asks, "WHAT IS IT, CABAJI?" The crew gasps, "CAP'N BUGGY..." and "WHY, KEELHAUL ME! IT'S CABAJI THE ACROBAT!" Cabaji draws his sword with a "SIK SIK SIK" sound and prepares to leap down.
