One Piece Chapter 14, page 4-5: Chapter 14: RECKLESS

The townspeople continue to discuss Mayor Boodle's safety. One worried woman asks, "YOU DON'T THINK SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THE MAYOR?" and a man replies, "THIS ISN'T GOOD... I'LL GO FIND HIM!" However, the man in the plaid shirt reassures them, "NOW DON'T GO OFF HALF-COCKED! THE MAYOR'S TOO CLEVER TO LET HIMSELF GET CAPTURED. HE KNOWS THIS TOWN BETTER THAN ANYONE." An older man with a mustache adds, "BUT HE ALSO CARES ABOUT THE TOWN MORE THAN ANYONE. MAYBE TOO MUCH. DON'T TAKE ANY UNNECESSARY RISKS NOW, MAYOR." He recalls warning Boodle earlier: "I WARNED HIM NOT TO TAKE ANY RISKS. I JUST HOPE HE HEARD ME." Meanwhile, back in the town, Luffy and Nami are walking together, with Luffy looking around curiously.

Nami raises her hand and apologizes to Luffy, saying, "SORRY I YELLED AT YOU!" Luffy looks at her, surprised, and utters, "HUH?" Nami continues, "THAT'S OKAY. I KNOW YOU LOST SOMEONE TO PIRATES. I UNDERSTAND... NOT THAT I WANT TO HEAR THE DETAILS OR ANYTHING..." Suddenly, Mayor Boodle, standing nearby, breaks down in tears and screams in absolute frustration, "UNGRRRR!! I CAN'T STANDS IT NO MORE!!!" Luffy and Nami turn to look at him in shock as he yells, "AAAAAH!
