Just as Anne unlocks the cage, Spiel aims his pistol and shoots her in the back: 'PUPUH!' Anne is struck and falls to the deck, crying out, 'GWAAAH!!' Balloon screeches in panic. Spiel laughs maniacally, 'AH HA HA HA. WHO'S GONNA LET YOU TAKE HIM OUT WHEN WE FINALLY CAUGHT HIM!?' Suddenly, Luffy appears, grabbing the barrel of Spiel's gun with his bare hand: 'FOOO-OOL!!' Spiel is startled: 'GRIP...!!'
