One Piece Chapter 18, page 6-7: Buggy, 'The Clown Pirate'

Buggy is intrigued by Luffy's reaction, saying, '...MMM? WHAT'S THIS...? LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE CONSIDERABLY INTERESTED.' Luffy demands to know, 'WHERE IS HE NOW?' Buggy replies, 'I KNOW HIM, BUT WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?' He then teases Luffy, saying, 'WHERE...? WELL... IF I KNOW THEN I KNOW, AND IF I DON'T KNOW THEN I COULD ALSO NOT KNOW ANYTHING AT ALL...!!' Luffy, completely blank-faced, asks, 'WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? ARE YOU AN IDIOT?' This infuriates Buggy, who screams, 'WHADDYA MEAN "IDIOT", YOU UNCIVILIZED BUFFOON!!

Buggy declares, 'I'M SAYING THAT I'M NOT A NICE ENOUGH GUY TO TELL YOU INFORMATION THAT YOU WANT TO KNOW. EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST WISH BEFORE YOU DIE... YOU'RE GOING TO BE DEAD.' Luffy clenches his fist and replies, 'THEN LET ME MAKE YOU SAY IT BY FORCE!' Buggy laughs, 'KUHAHAHAHA! BEFORE YOU HEAR IT...' as he stomps his feet with a 'STOMP STOMP' sound effect. He unsheathes several knives between his fingers with a sharp 'シャキーン' sound effect, warning Luffy, 'EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE RUBBER, THERE ARE STILL SOME THINGS THAT WON'T BOUNCE OFF YOU.' Luffy gulps and calmly agrees, 'MM, THAT'S RIGHT.' Buggy prepares his attack, chanting, 'BA-RA BA-RA...
