Zoro and Nami join Luffy on the street below. Buggy looks down from the balcony in disbelief, flanked by Cabaji and a man with animal-ear hair. Buggy yells, "I DON'T BELIEVE IT! YOU TWO MUST ENJOY PAIN... BUT THIS TIME YOU WON'T ESCAPE ME!!!" Nami points away and says, "I'M JUST HERE FOR THE MAP AND THE TREASURE! HAVE FUN FIGHTING, BOYS..." Zoro sighs, "WHATEVER...

Boodle tries to push Luffy away, saying, "YOU YOUNG WHIPPER-SNAPPERS... YOU'RE OUTSIDERS... KOFF... NOT YOUR FIGHT! THIS IS MY BATTLE! IT'S MY TOWN AND I'LL PROTECT IT! SO DON'T INTERFERE!!!" Luffy suddenly swings his leg and kicks Boodle hard in the head with a loud "THWAK!!" sound effect.

Everyone is shocked by Luffy's sudden attack on the mayor. Nami screams, "MAYOR!?" and Buggy gasps, "HUH!?" Zoro watches silently. Boodle slumps to the ground unconscious with a "SLUMP!!" sound. Luffy casually pats Boodle's head. Nami furiously yells, "WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON!? WHY'D YOU DO THAT TO THE MAYOR!?
