One Piece Chapter 21, page 9: VILLAGE

The villagers stop in front of Chouchou, surprised. "AAH, THAT DOG! SHUSHU!" they cry out. They try to get past him, pleading, "HEY, SHUSHU! MOVE OUT OF THE WAY, QUICKLY!! THOSE GUYS ARE BAD PIRATES!!" Chouchou growls fiercely, "GRRRRR..!" and barks, "WOOF WOOF!!" refusing to budge. The villagers are confused, asking, "WHY ARE YOU STOPPING US? SHUSHU!!" Luffy looks back and smiles as they make their escape. The villagers shout in frustration, "SHUSHU!! MOVE OF THE WAY NOW!!" while Chouchou continues to bark, "WOOF WOOF!!!"
