Mohji and his giant lion Richie arrive, confronting Luffy who is still trapped in the cage. Mohji looks down at him and says, 'Well, what have we here...? I'm Mohji, Buggy's first mate. They call me the Lion Tamer!' Richie growls menacingly, 'GRRARR!!' Mohji sneers, 'Ha ha ha... looks like your friends abandoned you. And after all that effort to get you this far...

Luffy, completely unfazed by the threat, points at Mohji and asks, 'Hey, what's with the weird costume?' Mohji is instantly enraged, screaming, 'Costume!? This is my hair!!!' Luffy bluntly replies, 'That just makes it weirder,' causing Mohji to yell, 'Shut up!' Mohji tries to regain his composure, saying, 'Captain Buggy is pretty worked up... You guys stirred up a real hornets' nest. Maybe you think you're safe in that cage... If so, then you really don't know who I am...

Nami watches anxiously from a hiding spot, wondering, 'Is Luffy provoking that guy? Is that boy addle-brained?' Mohji boasts, 'There's not an animal alive that I can't control. I can even control that mutt.' However, as he reaches out, Chouchou bites down hard on his hand with a 'CHOMP!'. Mohji screams, 'Yeow!!' while Luffy laughs, 'Ha ha! Dog got ya!' Mohji angrily shakes the dog off and glares at Luffy, saying, 'You're just a nobody thief... You're nothing to me. Now tell me where Roronoa Zolo is.' Richie growls behind him, but Luffy firmly replies, 'No!
