One Piece Chapter 43, page 4-5: Sanji Enters

A handsome Marine officer with slicked-back light hair and a striped suit stands on the deck of the Marine ship, looking down at the Going Merry. He wears iron knuckles on his fingers. A text box introduces him: "MARINE HEADQUARTERS LIEUTENANT 'IRONFIST FULLBODY'". Fullbody inspects their flag and remarks, "HMM, NEVER SEEN THAT PIRATE FLAG BEFORE..." He then addresses them directly: "I'M THE LIEUTENANT OF THE MARINE HEADQUARTERS KNOWN AS 'IRONFIST FULLBODY.' WHO'S YOUR CAPTAIN? NAME YOURSELF." Luffy proudly steps forward and replies, "I'M LUFFY. I JUST FINISHED MAKING MY PIRATE FLAG THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY!" Johnny and Yosaku burst into laughter at Luffy's blunt honesty, mocking him: "H-HE SAID... THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY! HAHA!" and "AHAHA! GOOD ONE!" Usopp also introduces himself, shouting, "AND I'M USOPP!

Lieutenant Fullbody looks down at Johnny and Yosaku, recognizing them. He says, "WAIT A MINUTE, I THINK I'VE SEEN YOU TWO BEFORE. YOU FREQUENT THE GOVERNMENT OFFICES ON SOME BUSINESS. IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, YOU'RE... SMALL TIME BOUNTY HUNTERS. YOSAKU AND JOHNNY, I THINK YOUR NAMES WERE... SO YOU'VE FINALLY BEEN CAUGHT BY PIRATES, HAVE YOU?" Insulted by being called "small time," Johnny and Yosaku grow furious. Johnny mutters, "HEY, YOSAKU, I THINK THIS BRO'S STICKING IT TO US." Yosaku agrees, "WELL, WE CAN'T JUST LET SOME GUY WALK AROUND, CALLING US 'SMALL TIME.'" Johnny draws his sword, declaring, "THIS AIN'T GONNA NET US A SINGLE BELI, BUT I THINK WE OUGHTA TEACH THIS KID HOW TO KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT." They both leap toward Fullbody, screaming, "YOU COCKY LITTLE YUPPIE!!!" Fullbody remains completely calm, staring at them with a blank expression.
