One Piece Chapter 9, page 9-10: Chapter 9: Femme Fatale

Nami points curiously at Luffy's straw hat, asking, "Why'd you get so mad when that guy touched your hat? Is it valuable?" Luffy holds his hat protectively and replies, "This hat is my treasure." Nami's eyes light up with greed as she presses further, "Treasure, huh? Do you keep jewels hidden in it? Or a treasure map!?" Luffy walks away, annoyed, saying, "Aww, leave me alone. I've got things to do. The scene shifts to the roof of a nearby tavern, where loud crashing and banging noises ("KRASH BANG BOOM WHAK") echo from inside. Inside the tavern, a menacing, shadowed figure with glowing eyes and a large round nose demands angrily, "You still haven't caught that thief!?"

Inside the tavern, a chubby, sweating crewman with spiky light hair and a bead necklace reports nervously to his captain, "W-We're still searching for her, Captain Buggy..." Captain Buggy, furious, looms over him and yells, "How could you let the map of the Grand Line get stolen!? This is inexcusable!! And just when we were about to head there......and raise some hell!!! The terrified crewman stammers, "Well you see, Cap'n, sir... somehow, the key to the map room got left in the lock..." Buggy's eyes widen in rage as he asks, "What did you say!?" The crewman continues, "And only the robber knows--" but before he can finish, Buggy's detached hand flies through the air and grabs him tightly by the throat. The crewman gasps, "WHAT? RUBBER NOSE??" Buggy slams him violently into the floor with a loud "YIKES! KRASH!!", shattering the wooden floorboards.
