One Piece Chapter 32, page 15-17: Grave Danger

Nami realizes what needs to be done, thinking, "IF THIS GOES ON... I HAVE TO GET HIS KATANAS BACK!! IF I CAN GET ZORO HIS KATANAS, HE WILL DEFINITELY WIN!" Usopp tries to stop her, saying, "IN THAT CASE, LET ME GO!!!" but Nami replies, "DON'T OVERDO IT, YOU'RE BADLY HURT!!" She dashes down the slope. Usopp calls out, "HEY!" while the tall man in the top hat spots her, wondering, "WHAT'S SHE DOING...?!

Nami reaches the spot where Zoro's katanas are lying, thinking, "IF ONLY I CAN PASS HIM THE KATANAS...!!" Suddenly, the tall man in the top hat appears behind her, asking coldly, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THOSE KATANAS?" He slashes her across the back with a circular blade weapon. Nami screams, "AH!!!" and collapses to the ground, bleeding. Usopp cries out in despair, "DAMN HIM!! EVEN OUR LAST GLIMMER OF HOPE...!!

Suddenly, the tall man in the top hat freezes and begins to shake violently in sheer terror. He stammers, "AH...!! I... I... I CAN EXPLAIN......!!" Zoro, Usopp, Sham, and Buchi all look confused. The man trembles, whispering, "CAP... CAP... CAPTAIN... KURO...!!" A dark silhouette of a man wearing glasses and long clawed gloves appears at the top of the slope. The Black Cat Pirates tremble, muttering, "WE... WE'RE DONE FOR..." while Usopp despairs, "OH NO! HE CHOSE SUCH A BAD TIME TO APPEAR!!
