One Piece Chapter 42, page 14-17: Yosaku and Johnny

Luffy feeds the lime juice to Yosaku. Nami explains that Yosaku has scurvy, a common and historically deadly disease for sailors caused by a lack of fresh fruits and vegetables. Johnny is amazed by her knowledge, while Nami berates the crew for their ignorance.

Yosaku miraculously springs back to life, fully energized. Johnny and Yosaku formally introduce themselves as the bounty hunter duo 'Yosaku and Johnny', explaining their past connection to Zoro.

Johnny expresses surprise that the famous Pirate Hunter Zoro has become a pirate. Yosaku suddenly collapses again, and Zoro tells him to rest. Nami warns the crew that scurvy is just one of many dangers they will face on long voyages.

The crew agrees they need a sea cook to maintain their health. Luffy enthusiastically decides to search for one. Johnny chimes in, stating he knows the perfect place to find a cook, though recruiting them might be difficult.
