One Piece Chapter 19, page 6-7: Devil's Fruit

Back at the battle, Buggy lies on the ground before rising in a fit of rage. He screams, "THROUGH-OUT MY WHOLE LIFE, EVEN UNTIL TODAY, THERE WAS NOT BEEN A SINGLE PERSON WHO HAS MADE ME MADDER THAN HE DID!! THAT BASTARD, HE... HE TOOK A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF TREASURE FROM ME!!! I CAN'T FORGIVE HIM!! Luffy looks on with a confused expression. Buggy's anger triggers a flashback to his days as a young pirate trainee. On a pirate ship, the crew is cheering, "HAHAHA. FIGHT, FIGHT!! DON'T LOSE TO EACH OTHER!!" and "OOOH, THEY'RE FIGHTING AGAIN!"

In the flashback, a young Shanks and a young Buggy are locked in a heated argument. Shanks yells, "NO, IT'S THE SOUTH POLE!!" while Buggy screams back, "IT'S THE NORTH POLE!!" Shanks retorts, "YOU'RE STILL INSISTING ON THAT, MORON!" and Buggy replies, "OF COURSE! I'M TELLING YOU I'M RIGHT!! Suddenly, Silvers Rayleigh strikes both of them on the head with a loud "DONK! DONK!" and "BOKA! BOKA! BOKA!" Shanks and Buggy cry out, "OUCH!" and "EEK!" as Rayleigh scolds them, "YOU TWO ALWAYS GONNA FIGHT OR WHAT?! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!" Rayleigh continues, "I CAN'T SEE WHY WHETHER THE NORTH POLE OR THE SOUTH POLE IS COLDER HAS TO DO WITH YOU!! IF YOU WANT TO KNOW SO BADLY, GO TO BOTH PLACES AND CHECK FOR YOURSELF!! IDIOTS..." while the rest of the crew laughs in the background.
