One Piece Chapter 8.3, page 16: Nami Enters

A loud cannon blast echoes through the town. Nami continues running, but suddenly looks up in surprise as something whistles through the air. With a massive crash, a figure plummets from the sky and slams directly into the street right in front of her, kicking up a huge cloud of dust. The chasing pirates stop in their tracks, shocked, muttering, "SOME ONE... FELL FROM THE SKY?!" Nami stares at the impact site, bewildered, thinking, "WHAT...? WHY DID THEY SHOOT ME WITH THE CANNON?" As the smoke begins to clear, a voice groans, "DAMN IT..."
