One Piece Chapter 39, page 15: FOR WHOM THE BELL TOLLS

Back on the slope, Kuro struggles violently in Luffy's grip, screaming, "DAMN!! LET ME GO!!!" Luffy replies coldly, "Now your three year plan will fail." Kuro snaps back, "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!!" The watching Black Cat Pirates realize Kuro is trapped and start cheering for Luffy: "Wait a minute... If he wins, then we won't be killed...!! THAT'S GREAT, RUBBER MAN!! KILL CAPTAIN KURO...!!" Luffy gets angry at their selfishness ("HEAH!"). He pulls his head far back, stretching his neck to extreme lengths (SFX: GO-N!!, SFX: GUGUGU...). Kuro is left horrified, gasping, "GUH!"
