One Piece Chapter 26, page 9-11: CAPTAIN KURO'S PLAN

Usopp grabs Luffy and tries to pull him down, screaming, "YOU IDIOT!! THEY'LL SEE YOU! HIDE! THEY'LL KILL YOU!" Kuro looks up and recognizes him: "OH.... IT'S USOPP-KUN..... DID YOU........HEAR ANYTHING?" Usopp immediately tries to lie, waving his hands frantically: "NO! NOTHING AT ALL! WE JUST GOT HERE... REALLY...." But Luffy slaps Usopp on the back and yells, "HEY!! WE HEARD EVERYTHING!" Usopp screams in despair, "YAAAAAAH!! HE SAW ME!

Jango sighs, "OH WELL.... YOU GUYS.... HEARD EVERY-THING...." He pulls out his ring pendulum and swings it: "TAKE A LOOK AT THIS PENDULUM... WHEN I SAY ONE, TWO, JANGO, YOU WILL FALL ASLEEP... ONE.... TWO...." Usopp panics, shouting, "AH! THAT! HE'S GOING TO USE THAT TO KILL US!! IDIOT, HURRY AND HIDE!" Luffy, completely unfazed, just stares blankly and asks, "LOOK AT WHAT?

Jango says "JANGO" and instantly falls asleep himself. Kuro sighs in exasperation, "YOU STILL HAVEN'T GET RID OF THAT HABIT HAVE YOU?" Meanwhile, Luffy has also been hypnotized and falls fast asleep, falling backward off the high cliff. He crashes headfirst into the ground below with a massive "DOGON!!" sound effect. Usopp screams down the cliff, "HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU'RE FALLING OVER!
