One Piece Chapter 29, page 1-2: Slopes

Usopp stands at the top of the slope, looking down at the massive crew of the Black Cat Pirates gathered below near their ship. He is sweating and panting heavily, wondering where Luffy went since he was supposed to be running ahead of him. Jango, wearing his heart-shaped sunglasses and coat, steps forward and confronts him, saying, "You're the one... who overheard our plans. What do you want?

Usopp tries to bluff, pointing dramatically and shouting, "I'm warning you! Retreat now!! I have a 100 million crewmen waiting to kill you all!" Jango is initially shocked and gullible, crying out, "What!? 100 million crewmen?!" and his crewmen panic. However, the smarter crewmen quickly point out that Usopp is lying, saying, "Captain! He's only lying!" and "Only an idiot would fall for that..." Jango realizes he's been fooled and gets angry, yelling, "You bastard, how dare you lie to me... Do you think we're 2 year-olds?" while Usopp sweats, realizing his bluff failed instantly.
