One Piece Chapter 1.1, page 22-23: Romance Dawn (Version 1)

Gyari laughs mockingly at Shiruku: "THAT'S CORRECT, LITTLE GIRL! ARE YOU SCARED!! AH, HOLD ON. AFTER I KILL THIS GUY, I'LL HELP MYSELF TO ALL THE TREASURE IN THIS TOWN!!". Shiruku gasps, "CRESCENT MOON GYARI!?!". Gyari orders his men, "GO!!! SLICE HIM APART!!!!". Two pirates charge forward with swords raised. Shiruku panics, shouting to Luffy, "WHAT WERE YOU SAYING! HE'S RIGHT HERE!! JUST WHAT DID YOU DO TO THEM!? THEY'RE SO ANGRY!!". Luffy casually walks forward, adjusting his hat: "THEY CAME ATTACKING ME FIRST. THAT 'WEIRD MUSTACHE'."

Shiruku screams at the charging pirates, "YOU COWARDS! ATTACKING AN UNARMED OPPONENT!!". Luffy calmly puts a hand on her shoulder, saying, "IT'S FINE, I DON'T USE A WEAPON. STAND BACK FOR A SEC.". Shiruku blinks in confusion, "EH". As the two pirates swing their swords at him, Luffy agilely leaps and dodges their slashes. He flips through the air, landing gracefully on his feet. He looks back at them and says, "YOU GUYS STARTED THIS."
