Everyone is shocked by Luffy's sudden attack on the mayor. Nami screams, "MAYOR!?" and Buggy gasps, "HUH!?" Zoro watches silently. Boodle slumps to the ground unconscious with a "SLUMP!!" sound. Luffy casually pats Boodle's head. Nami furiously yells, "WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON!? WHY'D YOU DO THAT TO THE MAYOR!?"
