One Piece Chapter 28, page 3-4: The Crescent Moon

Usopp continues to shake violently, prompting Luffy and Zoro to yell, "STOP SHAKING!" and "STOP IT!!" Usopp snaps back, "WHAT ARE YOU GUYS LOOKING AT!? THEY'RE CAPTAIN KURO'S FLEET! OF COURSE I'M SCARED! I DONT NEED YOUR SYMPATHY! GO AWAY! NOW!" Zoro calmly explains, "WE'RE NOT SYMPATHIZING FOR YOU! BUT RATHER WE'RE COMMENDING YOU FOR HAVING COURAGE." Luffy adds, "WHY ELSE WOULD WE RISK OUR OWN LIVES?" Overwhelmed by their support, Usopp bursts into tears, crying, "YOU... YOU GUYS... I'M SO TOUCHED!

Usopp explains the geography of the island, pointing out that the pirates are going to attack from the shore because it is the only way into the village. "THERE'S ONLY ONE SLOPE. THE REST IS JUST CLIFFS!" He concludes, "THIS MEANS, AS LONG AS WE GUARD THIS SLOPE WITH OUR LIVES, THE VILLAGE WON'T BE HARMED!" Luffy thinks it "SOUNDS EASY!" but Usopp warns it is "EASIER SAID THAN DONE..." Zoro asks, "WHAT ARE YOU GUYS GOOD AT?" Zoro boasts "CUTTING!", Luffy boasts "STRETCH-ING!", and Nami boasts "STEALING!" When Usopp proudly claims his specialty is "HIDING!", the other three glare at him angrily and shout, "YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TOO!!
