High in the clouds, Spiel rides on Balloon's back, laughing triumphantly: 'AH HA HA HA HA, I'M SO GREAT! I KNOW HOW TO MAKE AN EXIT!' Balloon cries out sadly, 'GWA-RAH'. Spiel continues, 'EVEN IF I FIGHT A MONSTER LIKE THAT, IT WON'T DO ME ANY GOOD. ALL I NEED IS THE ROC'S BLOOD.' Suddenly, a shadow falls over them as Luffy descends from above.

Luffy lands squarely on Balloon's back right behind Spiel, casually waving: 'YO.' Spiel turns around and screeches in absolute shock, 'WHAAAT!!?' Luffy smiles, 'I ENVY YOU FOR BEING ABLE TO FLY.' Spiel panics, 'WHERE THE HECK DID YOU-!? D-DON'T GET ON!!!' Luffy grabs Spiel by his hat and hair, pulling him back: 'HEY!

Luffy's expression turns incredibly fierce and angry. He glares at Spiel, shouting, 'DON'T TOUCH MY TREASURE!!!' Spiel is terrified: '!!!' Luffy winds back his fist, declaring, 'IT'LL ARRIVE SOON. THE ROC-!!!' Spiel stammers, 'WHAT WILL!!?' Luffy grins fiercely, 'MY RIGHT HAND.
