One Piece Chapter 9, page 22: Chapter 9: Femme Fatale

Nami and Luffy walk down the empty street of the town ("DA-DOOM"). Nami points ahead, saying, "It's just at the end of this street. That's the tavern where the pirates hang out." Luffy asks, "So, what are we going to do there?" Nami replies, "Well......when we get there... MR. PIRATE-BREECHES!" Before Luffy can react, Nami swiftly wraps the rope around him, tying him up tightly ("SQUEEZE!!", "FWP"). Luffy is caught completely off guard, crying out, "WHAT'RE YOU DOING!?" as he falls to the ground with a loud "FWUMP!!". Nami looks down at him with a cold, calculating smile, saying, "You'll see..."
