A THIEF'S PHILOSOPHY". Roronoa Zoro stands in a bamboo forest with his sword drawn. Next to him is a bipedal panda wearing sunglasses, a checkered bandana, and carrying three swords on his waist. Buggy's detached upper body flies toward Nami, who is carrying a large sack of treasure. Buggy screams, "PUT MY TREASURE DOWN!!" Nami panics, thinking, "CRAP! HE NOTICED ME!!" Buggy continues, "SINCE WHEN DID YOU THINK YOU COULD FOOL ME, NAMI!! LET ME SEND YOU PAINFULLY TO THE NETHER-WORLD!!!" Luffy watches the confrontation. Nami runs away screaming "GYAAAAAH!" while Buggy's upper body pursues her, shouting, "I'M NOT GIVING YOU A SINGLE THING!!" Meanwhile, Luffy stands near Buggy's stationary lower half and delivers a swift kick directly to Buggy's crotch. Buggy's face contorts in agony as he gasps, "KUHCK!!" Nami looks back in surprise. Buggy's upper body crashes face-first into the ground, screaming "ARRRGHHH!!" Nami sighs in relief, "I'M ALIVE..." Luffy stands over Buggy's writhing lower half and declares, "...IS STILL ME YOUR OPPONENT..." Buggy's head grumbles, "D...DAMN GOMU GOMU KID!!! DARE TO KICK MY BOTTOM HALF...!!!" Luffy tells Nami, "OI!! PUT THAT TREASURE DOWN AND GO SOMEWHERE SAFER!! YOU'RE GOING TO GET CHASED AGAIN OTHERWISE!!" Nami refuses to leave the treasure behind, shouting, "PUT THE TREASURE DOWN AND GO!? I DON'T WANT TO!! WHY SHOULD I LEAVE MY TREASURE BEHIND?!" Buggy's head is shocked: "Y...YOUR TREASURE...!?" Nami proudly declares, "OF COURSE!!! SINCE I'M A PIRATE-TREASURE THIEF AND I JUST STOLE FROM A PIRATE, I'M TELLING YOU THIS TREASURE IS MINE!!!" Luffy sweatdrops and mutters, "I SEE..." Buggy yells in outrage, "WHAT NONSENSE!! THAT TREASURE'S MINE!! DO YOU THINK THAT IF YOU STEAL IT IT'S YOURS!? HOW THE HELL WERE YOU BROUGHT UP?!" Nami retorts, "A LECTURE FROM A BAD GUY? STOP THAT NONSENSE... TO BE LECTURED BY A PIRATE! I DON'T THINK I'VE DONE ANYTHING BAD ENOUGH." Buggy gets furious, shouting, "YOU'RE PREPARED FOR THIS, AREN'T YOU, NAMI...!!" He detaches his body parts with a "BA...RA... BA...RA..." sound and launches them in an attack called "FESTIVAL!!!" Nami gasps "ACK!" as parts fly everywhere, leaving Luffy confused. Buggy's parts swarm around. Luffy complains, "DAMN IT! THERE SHOULD BE A LIMIT TO THIS BARA BARA!! IF IT'S LIKE THIS, THERE'S NO WAY I CAN FIGHT HIM!!" Buggy laughs, "KUHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! SEE IF YOU CAN PROTECT YOUR FRIEND NOW!" Buggy's head and hands fly at Nami, who refuses to give up the treasure. Luffy notices Buggy's feet walking on the ground and grabs them, shouting, "GOTCHA!! YOU FOOT!" Later page summaries: Luffy grins and says, "THAT LAST KICK... WAS FOR THE VILLAGE CHIEF!" Nami thanks him: "THANK YOU. THANKS TO YOU, I'M ALIVE." Luffy laughs it off, "HMMM... DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT." Luffy then remembers the map, while Nami gasps as she notices her treasure scattered everywhere. Luffy triumphantly holds up a scroll, shouting, "ALRIGHT!! I'VE FINALLY GOT IT. THE 'GRAND LINE' MAP!!" Suddenly, Buggy's tiny chibi-like body (just his head, hands, and feet) appears behind them, yelling, "WAIT...! WAIT, GOMU GOMU KID!! I'LL KILL YOU ONCE AND FOR ALL!! BARA BARA PARTS!!! GATHER UP!!" Luffy turns around in surprise. Buggy tries to reassemble, but only his head, hands, and feet connect, leaving him tiny. Nami stands next to his tied-up torso and limbs, asking, "YOU WOULDN'T HAPPEN TO BE LOOKING... FOR THESE, WOULD YOU?" Buggy panics, "YIKES!!! MY BODY PARTS!!" Luffy laughs and prepares to attack, saying, "A THIEF DEFINITELY HAS SOME COOL SKILLS! LEAVE THE REST TO ME!!" Luffy winds up his arms, shouting, "GOMU GOMU... GET LOST, BUGGY..." Buggy screams in terror, "STOOOOOOOOPPPP!!!" Luffy unleashes his "BAZOOKA!!" attack, launching Buggy high into the sky like a shooting star.
