One Piece Chapter 8.3, page 12: Nami Enters

Nami stands on the deck of their stolen ship, looking at the horizon. She explains, "THERE'S A BIT OF DARK CLOUDS TOWARDS THE SOUTH... FOUND A CLOUD APPROACHING!!! THE STORM FOLLOWING IT... THE WIND WILL PICK UP... AND THEN THAT BOAT WILL SINK!!" She smiles and says, "BINGO!" as a massive storm suddenly hits the small boat, tossing the three pirates into the rough waves. Nami waves goodbye, shouting, "BYE BYE! I'M TAKING YOUR TREASURE!" while the pirates scream in the rain, "DAMN YOU! YOU PLANNED THIS!!" and "SOMEONE HELP US!!!"
