The Marines are shocked as Luffy runs straight past them, using Helmeppo as a human shield. Helmeppo screams in terror, "DON'T SHOOT! DON'T SHOOT! AAAAAH!" while Luffy cheerfully yells, "OKAY! GO AHEAD AND SHOOT!" Helmeppo continues to wail, "WA AH! WA AH!" as they escape. In a panic, Helmeppo looks at his hand and screams, "I'VE BEEN SHOT! AAAAH! BLOOD! I'M BLEEDING!! AAAAH!!"
