Nami’s role with Arlong becomes harder to understand as loyalty, fear, and survival overlap. This part builds the Arlong Park conflict by showing how Nami’s choices look contradictory from outside while Arlong’s power keeps the island trapped. ### Key dialogue Arlong: Arlong Empire!?
