Spiel unleashes a powerful blast of black magic, splitting his own ship in half. The vessel begins to sink rapidly into the churning ocean. The crew screams in betrayal, 'CA-CA-CAPTA-AAIN!!! WHY US, TOO!!?' Anne yells, 'BAL-LOON!!!' Luffy, realizing he is about to plunge into the water, panics and screams, 'I'LL DROWN-!!! UWAH, WATER~~~!!!

The pirate ship sinks completely, leaving only debris floating on the water. Luffy flails helplessly, crying, 'HELP ME.' Anne swims over and pulls him onto a large piece of wooden wreckage. Luffy coughs up water, 'BU-BABE-BAAAH!!' Anne gasps, 'I! I'M SAVED!!!' Luffy thanks her, 'TH-THANK YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.' Anne smiles, 'YOU ARE MY SAVIOR.' Luffy lies flat on his back to recover. Anne sits beside him and explains, 'A ROC'S BLOOD IS SAID TO CARRY MAGICAL POWER, BALLOON IS SAID TO BE THE LAST ROC. SO THAT'S WHAT HE'S AFTER!!!' Luffy looks up, murmuring, '...BAL-LOON!
