Realizing the danger, Luffy urges the giant bird to escape: 'BALLOON! RUN AWAY!!! FLY FAR AWAY!! HURRY!!!' But the bird is too weak and injured to fly, flapping its wings uselessly as Luffy complains, 'THAT'S NOT HAPPENING!! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT, ANYWAY.' A rope ladder is thrown down from the pirate ship's deck. A dark, silhouetted figure standing at the railing calls down to him: 'STRAWHAT YOUNG'UN!! CARRY THAT BIRD ONTO THE DECK, PLEASE.'
