Commander Tank, a massive bearded man in chains, roars in fury. "AND COMMANDER TANK!I" someone shouts. "KING RIKU!I WHAT!I" Tank demands as debris rains down around them.

A massive figure strains against the Bird Cage wires. "HAD YOU NOT BEEN HERE, THERE'S NO TELLING HOW MANY THOUSANDS... HOW MANY TENS OF THOUSANDS OF LIVES WE'D HAVE LOST BY NOW," the giant says. "I'M IN EVERYONE'S DEBT... FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE." A small laugh escapes someone nearby: "HEHE!" Below, fighters rally with cries of "YES SIR!" "MORE! ALL YOU'VE GOT!" Rebecca charges forward with sword drawn, tears in her eyes. "I DO NOT LOOK KINDLY UPON BETRAYAL," Doflamingo declares as he looms over the wounded Viola. "HOWEVER..." he adds with a cruel smile. "KILL HER!" he orders. "DON'T DRAG REBECCA INTO THIS!" Viola pleads. "STOP IT!" Rebecca shouts. "VIOLA-SAN... MY BODY... I CAN'T..." Viola gasps, her limbs betraying her. Rebecca screams "VIOLA-SAN! WHY CAN'T...I STOP!I" as her body moves against her will. "NO, STOP! WHAT AM... I DOING!I" she cries in anguish while the Bird Cage continues its deadly advance in the background.

Tontatta, Franky, Kanjuro, Kin'emon, Zoro, Fujitora, Bartolomeo and crowds of citizens stare in horror. "IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE IT HITS THE CENTRAL DISTRICT!" "BIRD CAGE IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!" "WE CAN'T! IT'S ALREADY FULL OF PEOPLE!" "GO DEEPER INTO THE CITY!" Explosions and debris fill the streets as people flee. A fierce warrior with a long mustache roars "WOOO AAARR RGGGH HHH!" while urging others forward: "KEEP GOING, BOYS!" The ground shakes violently with impact lines and "Z Z Z" effects. Shock spreads through the crowd as voices cry "AH!" "OUR STAR WILL RISE AGAIN!" "HAA- HAA-" "WHOSE VOICE IS THAT!I" "WHAT!I" People look around in confusion. The announcer Gatz appears in the middle of the destruction, declaring "EVERYONE! HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN!I" "YOU'RE THE... ANNOUNCER FROM THE COLOSSEUM! GATZ!" Gatz points dramatically: "THE MAN WHO APPEARED, RADIANT, IN TODAY'S TOURNAMENT! OUR GALLANT, DARING STAR!" He continues "YOU AREN'T EVEN KING RIKU!" "THIS WHOLE COUNTRY'S ON THE BRINK OF TOTAL DESTRUCTION AND YOU'RE ON YOUR SOAPBOX!" A furious spectator yells "...NO, I DOUBT ANY OF YOU COULD ACTUALLY FORGET. SOMEONE SHUT HIM UP! THIS AIN'T THE TIME OR THE PLACE!"

She continues, "I SHOWED YOU HOPE FOR A BRIEF MOMENT, BUT THEN... I'VE STOLEN IT AWAY! HOW CRUEL!" A voice replies, "YOU HAVE WORKED A MIRACLE! IT'S ENOUGH THAT YOUR POWER'S HAVE TAKEN US THIS FAR!
