Citizens and fighters panic as a narration box warns: "THREE MINUTES BEFORE BIRD CAGE REACHES THE CENTRAL DISTRICT." Another box states: "THE FATEFUL MOMENT AT WHICH ALL WILL BE DECIDED DRAWS NEAR!" Below, a cloaked figure shouts, "THIS COUNTRY'S GONNA BE CARVED UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TURKEY BEFORE LUCY MANAGES TO RECOVER!" while another yells, "THIS BASTARD'S REALLY GOT IT IN FOR US!" In the next panel a group of warriors charges forward, one declaring, "TAKE DOWN DOFLAMINGO AND THE BIRD CAGE ALONG WITH HIM!" Another replies, "WE'VE GOT NO CHOICE BUT TO TRY AND DO SOMETHING OURSELVES!"

A masked man with a dark hood glares and says coldly, "YOU IDIOTS SURE ARE THICK. THIS IS ME ASKING POLITELY. BRING ME STRAW HAT...NOW..." Explosions and chaos erupt around the collapsing city with large SFX "ドドドド" and "ビシッ!!" Fighters are hurled through the air. A long-haired fighter refuses, "UNTIL THIS BOY RECOVERS, I'M NOT HANDING HIM OVER!" while another voice answers, "I KNOW! IN THAT TIME, WE'RE SURELY GOING TO SUFFER COUNTLESS CASUALTIES!" A woman in armor cries out, "BUT HOW CAN I THROW A CONTENDER THAT CAN'T FIGHT INTO THE RINGI" Someone spots a figure and shouts, "GATZ-SAN!" A final box notes the remaining time: "THERE'S STILL...THREE-AND-A-HALF MINUTES TILL LUCY'S RECOVERY!"

A massive impact sends fighters flying with SFX "ドギャッ!!" and "ゴゴゴ!!!" One man reacts with "WAH!" while another mutters "HMI" Trafalgar Law appears gravely injured, blood dripping from his mouth as he grips his nodachi Kikoku. He pants "HAA- HAA-" and speaks: "IF I DIDN'T KNOW ANY BETTER, I'D SAY YOU WERE RUNNING AWAY FROM SOMEONE... YOU REALLY THINK HIS HAKI'S GONNA COME BACK!I" The opponent retorts, "T-! T-T-T-! TRAFALGAR LAW! THE HI-HI-HI-HICHI-BUKA-..." A close-up shows a scarred face saying, "LEAVE HIM WITH ME... IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I BABY SAT..." Another voice confirms, "GOT IT! A FIGHT WHERE EVERY SECOND LAST COUNTS, EH..." and calculates, "WELL! HE TOLD ME HE NEEDED 10 MINUTES, WHICH MEANS...WE'VE GOT 3 MINUTES AND 20 SECONDS LEFT!"

Bartolomeo roars while maintaining his barrier, "MY BARRIER AIN'T GONNA GET CUT, I PROMISE YOU THAT MUCH!" with SFX "ギャギャギャーン!!" A sign marks the location: "SOUTHEAST TOWN" and "SEVIO." Below, a fighter shouts, "FOLLOW ZORO-SENPAI'S LEAD!" as the group pushes forward with a powerful "ビシィィィィン PUSH!" and screams of "うおおおおおおおおおおおおおお!!" Smaller panels show a determined man in a helmet, a bearded fighter yelling "KIIING!", another laughing "HYAHOHO!", and a final warrior gritting his teeth with "NNNGGOOH!"

Manshelly's goggles glint as she cries out, "FROM PRINCESS MANSHELLY'S TEARS ARE CALLED! THAT'S WHAT THE FLOWERS THAT BLOOM... THAT'S RIGHT!" A voice confirms, "DANDE-HEALION"I* (*T/N: THIS IS A PUN ON "DANDELION" AND "HEAL.") An injured fighter clutches his leg, shouting, "I CAN'T, DAMN IT! WHY'D I HAVE TO SPRAIN MY ANKLE AT A TIME LIKE THIS!I" Others yell, "HURRY IT UP! PICK UP THE PACE!" as the ground erupts. Someone screams, "KYAA AAAH! SOMEONE SAVE ME! THE CAGE IS GONNA GET ME!" while figures float upward. A massive warrior roars in shock, "HOW THE HELL DID HE TURN INTO A SPRINTER!I WHAT'S GOING ON!I WHAAAT!I HE'S HAULING ASS NOW!" as Usopp sprints away in a blur. A voice urges, "DO YOUR BEST!"

Manshelly weeps, tears flowing as narration explains, "BECAUSE PRINCESS MANSHELLY, SADDENED BY THE WOUNDS HER BELOVED DRESSROSA HAS SUFFERED, IS CRYING CONTINUOUSLY, ARE ABLE TO BRING MIRACULOUS 'SUPER HEALING' TO PEOPLE WITHIN A WIDE AREA! THE SEEDS OF THE DANDE-HEALIONS..." She adds, "THE SUPER HEALING IS LIMITED TO BUT A FEW MINUTES!" A man in a turban listens gravely while others react with surprise. Manshelly continues, "YET THIS POWER HAS ONE MAJOR DRAWBACK: I BELIEVE WE WILL BE ABLE TO SAVE A GREAT NUMBER OF LIVES! THIS IS BUT A LIFE-SUPPORT MEASURE DESIGNED TO HELP US MAKE IT THROUGH OUR CURRENT SITUATION! I'M AFRAID THAT'S THE CASE! ONCE THE TIME LIMIT HAS EXPIRED, THEY'LL BE BACK TO THE WAY THEY ORIGINALLY WERE! SO, THEN, THOSE WARRIORS THAT COULDN'T MOVE BEFORE..."

The city erupts in celebration as voices cry, "GOD HAS BROUGHT US A MIRACLE! GOD RECOGNIZING THE PLIGHT THIS COUNTRY IS IN, HAS BROUGHT US A MIRACLE! IT'S A MIRACLE! LOOK AT HIM GO! THE PAIN'S SUDDENLY DISAPPEARED! DRESSROSA! GIVE IT YOUR BEST!" Manshelly's tear-streaked face fills a panel as she declares, "THIS IS HOW I FIGHT!" A small figure replies, "YES, PRINCESS MANSHELLY... CUB-SAN..." In a dramatic spread, Manshelly soars through the air on a small black creature, tears streaming, declaring, "MY TEARS...MY TEARS WILL NOT STOP! I CANNOT USE WEAPONS, NOR CAN I BEAT UP THE BAD GUYS, BUT..." The creature answers, "YES, PRINCESS. THIS FIGHTING STYLE SUITS YOU."

A wild-haired fighter yells, "NO, THE GUY BEHIND HIM! EXACTLY HOW BAD OF A CRIMINAL RECORD DO YOU HAVE!I GYAH! USOPP! THE FIVE-STAR CONVICT!" Usopp shouts from a rooftop, "WHAT'S THE MATTER, HUNDREDTH DAN HACK!I OI! YOU LOT, LISTEN TO MY VOICE! I'M NOT SURE WHY, BUT THE WOUNDED HAVE SUDDENLY RECOVERED!" A massive armored warrior bellows, "BELIEVE IN MY FRIENDS! SILENCE HEATHENS! DO NOT ANGER THE GOD ANY FURTHER!" Orders ring out: "THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE STRENGTH, GET TO THE EASTERN AND WESTERN EDGES OF THE CITY! TO WHERE THOSE GUYS ARE PUSHING THE BIRD CAGEI THERE'S NO WAY THAT THING'S GONNA..." Manshelly stares upward, whispering, "IF BIRD CAGE REALLY IS UNMOVABLE, THEN..."

Viola stares in shock, sword drawn, shouting "WHAT!I" as she recalls her father's words: "FATHER...WHEN THE TIME COMES, I TOO MUST..." In the ruined city, Doflamingo's massive string form towers amid collapsing buildings while narration declares "THEIR EFFORTS... THEIR ACTIONS... EVERYTHING WILL HAVE BEEN IN VAIN!" A massive impact erupts as someone cries "VIOLA-SAN!I" Doflamingo looms over Viola and asks, "WELL, VIOLA... PRAY TELL, WHAT HAVE YOU COME HERE TO DO, THENI" Viola replies, "IF I LET YOU GET YOURSELF KILLED HERE, I COULDN'T... POSSIBLY FACE BROTHER KYROS OR MY SISTER..." Rebecca suddenly appears and yells, "REBECCA! WHY ARE YOU HERE!I DON'T YOU DARE GET ANY FUNNY IDEAS!"

Viola shouts "NO!" and retorts, "YET I, WHO USED TO BE AN EXECUTIVE, DON'T GET A CHANCE TO GET WHAT'S BEEN COMING TO MEI THAT'S A LITTLE TOO CONVENIENT, ISN'T IT!I" Doflamingo smirks and says, "I HEAR TELL THAT THE DONQUIXOTE FAMILY IS ALL BUT FINISHED..." He adds, "YOU ALWAYS WERE A PASSIONATE ONE... VIOLET!" Viola lunges forward with a blade, declaring "DOFFY! ONE OF US DIES TODAY!" Elsewhere, panicked citizens in the Central District shout that the bird cage is closing in, with one yelling "WE FINALLY MADE IT HERE! LET US IN, PLEASE!" and another warning "EVERYONE FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY'S GATHERED IN THIS PART OF THE CITY!"

At the Northwest Smile Factory, the massive bird cage contracts with a grinding "ZIIIII ZZZ ZZZ!!" as someone yells "IT'S NOT ENOUGH! IT'S JUST PUSHING US ALONG WITH IT!" Roger and Fraland are called out amid the chaos. Fighters strain desperately, shouting "KEEP PUSHING! GOT IT!" "WE'VE GOTTA STOP THIS!" and "RAAAA AGGG GHHH!" The cage grinds forward relentlessly until a massive collective push produces a thunderous "PHUUUUUUUUSH!" that momentarily halts its advance.

The bird cage's contraction slows as someone notes "THE CONTRACTION'S BEGINNING TO SLOW DOWN A BIT... I THINK!" and another asks "HOW'S THAT!I" An unseen voice remarks "OH, MY MY! I UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT SEE YOU, WHOEVER YOU MAY BE, BUT..." A scarred man with an eyepatch reacts with "YOU! WHAT ARE YOU HERE TO..." and "HM!I" while a cloaked figure offers, "ALLOW ME THE HONOR OF ASSISTING YOU!" The old man replies, "I MAY NOT HAVE MUCH STRENGTH LEFT IN THESE OLD BONES, BUT..." Someone concludes, "I GUESS YOU REALLY CAN'T LEAVE THE INSANE ALONE TO THEIR OWN DEVICES!" as the group continues pushing against the shrinking cage.

The citizens and warriors of Dressrosa surge forward in unison, hands pressed against the shrinking Birdcage as they roar together. "EVERYONE, TOGETHER!" "LIKE WE'D JUST LET DOFLAMINGO CUT US ALL UP!" "THEN GET TO IT ALREADY!" "WARRIORS! WE CAN BE OF HELP TOO!" A marine officer shouts orders: "MOVE TO SUPPORT THE CAGE PUSHING! ALL UNITS! I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE, LET US HELP TOO! THOSE OF YOU THAT CAN'T USE HAKI, TO THE FACTORY!" The crowd answers with desperate cries. "THERE THEY ARE!" "WE WANT TO PUSH WITH EVERYONE ELSE!" "AT THE VERY LEAST, WE SHOULD HELP PROTECT OUR OWN COUNTRY!" A massive combined effort produces a thunderous impact. "PUUUUUUUUUSH!" The Birdcage shudders violently under the pressure. "ドスッ…ン!!!" The structure groans and buckles slightly as the people continue chanting and straining. "HERE WE GO! WOOO ARGH!" "PUSH THE FACTORY!" "HOW HEARTENING! OH NO... THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN..."

The massive push continues as the Birdcage visibly shifts. Close-ups show the strained, sweat-drenched faces of the fighters and citizens. "EHI" A sudden ominous sound fills the air. "ドドドドドドドド... ジィィィ...!!" The colossal Birdcage begins sliding once more. "IT'S MOVING AGAIN!" The ground cracks beneath the pressure. "CREAK CREAK" "AH!" A fierce-looking man with wild hair grins through the strain. "HAA- HAA- HEHE..."

The Birdcage halts momentarily. "IT STOPPED...FOR A SECOND!" "OHH!" Luffy reacts with shock. "!!" "BUT, JUST NOW..." Someone yells encouragement: "DON'T LET UP! KEEP PUSHING! WE GOTTA BUY AS MUCH TIME AS WE CAN!" Doflamingo's voice cuts through: "DOROZENBAI! YOU KNEW IT ALL ALONG! SO IT REALLY CAN BE STOPPED!" A desperate warning follows: "IF IT CONTRACTS ANY MORE THAN THIS...PLENTY OF LIVES WILL BE LOST!" A narrator box states the dire countdown: "ONE MINUTE LEFT TILL LUFFY'S RECOVERY!" "BIRD CAGE IS SLOWED!" Viola cries out in anguish, "EVERYTHING GOING OKAY!I HOW MUCH LONGER TILL LUFFY'S BACK ON HIS FEET!I" A small warrior shouts, "VIOLA-SAN!" The reply comes softly, "YES. ERM..." A final panel shows the ongoing struggle with the note "TOGETHER, HAND IN HAND, WE'VE ALL GIVEN YOU THIS LAST MINUTE! EVERYONE'S WAITING, LUFFY!" and "...CH. 788 / END"
