A huge speech bubble booms across the page: "HERE COMES LUUUUUUUUUUU-CCCCYYYYYYYYY!" Below, two figures watch from a rooftop as a distant explosion erupts in the city, sending up a towering plume of smoke and debris while the crowd screams "わああああああああああ!!" A tear-streaked woman stares upward in shock and whispers, "STRAW HAT..." The bottom half shows a massive cheering mob with raised fists, open mouths, and frantic motion lines as they chant the same ecstatic roar. The page ends with the clear caption "CHAPTER 790 - HEAVEN AND EARTH."

Amid swirling smoke and shattered stone, a tall figure with a long braid kneels while a battered Luffy stands facing a massive, smoking crater. A voice remarks, "THAT WAS A RATHER FLAMBOYANT RESURGENCE..." Luffy replies, "I BET YOUR HAKI'S BARELY RETURNED, IF AT ALL..." The tall figure answers, "JUST KEEPING YOURSELF UPRIGHT, NOI" Luffy, face bloodied and eyes wide, pants heavily with "HAA-" and retorts, "IT'S PROBABLY ALL YOU CAN DO..." while the tall figure counters, "I COULD..." Black impact shapes and motion lines fill the ruined plaza as the two face each other.

Luffy shouts, "SAY THE EXACT SAME THING ABOUT YOU!!!" as both fighters yell "HAA-". The tall figure is blasted backward in a massive explosion of smoke and debris. Luffy is hurled through the air by a tremendous impact, body twisting. The braided woman cries out "AGH!" as she is struck and sent flying. Luffy crashes down hard while the woman screams "LUCY!" in terror, her face filled with shock and tears.

Explosions rock the city with "BOOM", "POOF", and "KYAH!" as debris flies. A close-up shows a scarred man with sharp eyes reacting with "!!!I". In the next panel the same man shouts "REBECCA!" as a spotted-hooded figure appears, fingers raised, while Rebecca is struck and cries "UUU UGH!". The hooded figure smirks and says "HMPH!" The scarred man, now revealed as Law, glares and states, "NO MATTER. WATCH CLOSELY. SO YOU'RE STILL SKULKING AROUND HERE, EH, LAWI" Smoke and rubble fill the devastated street below.

A massive monstrous face looms overhead with glowing eyes, shouting "WHITE!" and "EVER" as the sea erupts in a colossal explosion of water, smoke, and impact lines. A small figure labeled Lucy plummets through the chaos with arms outstretched, surrounded by debris and shockwaves, while "!!I" marks the surprise. Below, a braided woman cries out "LUCY!" in alarm. A large curly-haired man with a spiked collar yells in panic, "THIS ENTIRE SECTION OF THE CITY'S TURNED TO THREADS!" Another figure tumbles through the air with a strained "......!!" as the destruction spreads.

From the clouds, a barrage of arrows rains down with the caption "THOUSAND ARROWS..." and sound effect "バシャ...". He pierces forward with a fierce "PIERCE" while taunting, "AND YOU SAY YOUR HAKI'S COME BACKI I CAN'T HEAR YOU, LUCY!!" The opponent is slammed back with "UWAHH!" and "ドドドド!!" effects. Blood drips as the wounded fighter gasps "UUUGH... DRIP DRIP". A massive "ゴゴォォーン!!" explosion rocks the cityscape, sending shockwaves across the buildings as Lucy stares in shock with "!!".

A gigantic explosion erupts with "ビシャビシャビシャビシャ!!" and "UWAA AAAA AAH!!" as Lucy reels back in horror with "!!I". Rebecca shouts "LUCY!" with hands to her face. In the stands, voices cry "HURRY, LUCY!" and "BIRD CAGE HASN'T DISAPPEARED YET!" while others yell "DID HE WIN!I LUCY..." and "NOW THAT WAS A MASSIVE BOOM... LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT IMPACT CLOUD...". The massive crowd below reacts with shock and awe as the Bird Cage looms over the devastated city.

Rayleigh watches with a grin and says, "LOOKS LIKE YOU JUST BARELY SURVIVED AGAIN, LUFFY!" Luffy struggles on the rocky battlefield, body trembling as he mutters, "LUUGH... MY BODY... IT'S MOVING... ON ITS OWN..." Doflamingo looms nearby, hand raised, asking, "WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT KONG GUN OF YOURSI" Luffy replies, "THAT WAS THE PROBLEM, RAYLEIGH! THIS ONE..." Doflamingo sneers, "YOU'RE A TENACIOUS LITTLE BASTARD, I'LL GIVE YOU THAT... HOW ABOUT I JUST SKEWER YOU HEAD TO TOE!" The ground crumbles around them with massive sound effects. Luffy pushes forward with strained steps labeled "STEP STEP" while Doflamingo mocks the failed attack. Rayleigh notes, "LOOKS LIKE YOU'VE GOT TO COME UP WITH AN ALTERNATIVE WHEN FACED WITH A SIMILAR SITUATION AGAIN! GEAR 4... SIMPLY PUTS TOO MUCH STRESS ON YOUR BODY." Doflamingo laughs, "HAHAHA! SOUNDS LIKE YOU WERE IN QUITE THE BIND. THIS THING WAS WAY BIGGER THAN THE LAST ONE! KONG GUN DIDN'T DO CRAP!"

Luffy roars in fury, "I'M SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR BULLSHIT!" Doflamingo retorts, "WE WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO SEE THIS MUCH BLOOD SPILLED TODAY! IF ALL YOU LITTLE PESTS WOULD HAVE JUST QUIETLY LET ME CONTROL YOU INSIDE MY CAGE..." Luffy's face twists with rage as he shouts, "COME ON, LUFFY!" The massive "HAAAA-" sound effect echoes while Doflamingo's threads slice toward the royal plateau, declaring, "THE ROYAL PLATEAU'S GONNA BE SLICED TO BITS!" Luffy activates his transformation with explosive force: "SNAP SNAP" and "GEAR FOURTH!" His body inflates and hardens as he declares the technique. Doflamingo watches with a predatory smile, thinking, "HOW PREDICTABLE..."

Luffy strains in his inflated Gear Fourth form, barely able to stand as Doflamingo taunts, "YOU CAN BARELY STAND... I WONDER HOW LONG YOU'LL BE ABLE TO KEEP THAT FORM UP!" Massive impacts and "ビュン ビュン" sound effects tear through the air as Doflamingo's threads are ripped apart. Luffy grunts, "UUGGH!" Doflamingo laughs, "FUFUFU!" while launching a devastating assault, saying, "I'LL SHOW YOU HOW IT'S REALLY DONE... A TRUE ONE HIT KO... PICKING MIDAIR AS YOUR BATTLEGROUND WITH ME AS YOUR OPPONENT...YOU'VE GOT MASSIVE BALLS, KID!" The city below erupts in explosions and debris as Doflamingo charges forward with a fierce grin.

Doflamingo flies through the air on strings, laughing "FUFUFU!" and shouting, "I SIMPLY CAN'T STAND THE SIGHT OF ANYONE STANDING OVER ME!" Massive destruction rains down on the city with "ゴゴゴ" effects. Below, Rebecca and Tontatta warriors react in shock with cries of "HAA-" and "あぁぁ!!" Doflamingo continues his assault, yelling, "YOU'VE TRIED TO KEEP EVERYTHING WITHIN YOUR GRASP IMPRISONED AWAY IN YOUR CLUTCHES... TRYING TO CONTROL... MANIPULATE... EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING..." Luffy is slammed violently amid the chaos as the battle rages across the plateau.

Doflamingo glares down with furious eyes, shouting, "BLAME THE BLOOD THAT RUNS IN YOUR VEINS! EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU WERE BORN BENEATH ME...DESTINED TO BE RULED OVER BY ANOTHER! YOU PEONS AND I ARE ON COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVELS!" His face twists in rage as he roars, "I'M SICK OF IT ALL! IT MAKES ME WANNA PUKE!" Below, Luffy is caught in a massive spiderweb-like construct labeled "SPIDER'S WEB!!!" as Doflamingo taunts, "DO IT IF YOU CAN, BOY! I'M GONNA SHUT THAT MOUTH OF YOURS AND THEN GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE!" Luffy strains against the threads, beginning his counterattack with "GOMU GOMU NO..."

Luffy's massive arm stretches upward in a powerful strike as Doflamingo counters with glowing threads, yelling "GOD THREAD!" The web structure labeled "KING" and "KONG" tightens with repeated "CLENCH" effects. Explosions and impacts erupt across the cityscape as Luffy's attack collides, sending shockwaves through the air. Doflamingo's threads constrict violently while Luffy pushes forward. In the background, citizens watch the escalating battle from below as the massive clash continues with "BANG!!!" and debris flying everywhere.

A narration box states, "IN CERTAIN LANDS, THE CLAN OF 'D' THIS! THERE ARE THOSE WHO CALL..." A scarred man adds, "GOD'S NATURAL ENEMY."
