Nami looks around in awe. "HEY PEKOMS, I'VE NOTICED THAT THERE SEEM TO BE ALL KINDS OF RACES GATHERED HERE AT THIS PLACE!! THERE'S EVEN MINKS! IT'S LIKE A WONDERLAND." Pekoms continues, "IT'S IF YOU SIMPLY CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS ONE LARGE, POWERFUL NATION AT THIS POINT. WE REFER TO ALL OF THESE ISLANDS IN GENERAL AS SUCH: 'TOTLAND'!!!" He points to a map showing the archipelago. "THERE ARE 34 ISLANDS DOTTED AROUND WHOLE CAKE ISLAND, AND EACH OF THESE ISLANDS ARE RULED BY 'CHANCELLORS'." The view shifts to a chocolate-themed town. "ITS FULL NAME IS 'CHOCOLATETOWN' OF CACAO ISLAND!!" Nami smiles, "SOUNDS DELICIOUS~"

THE REST OF THE THINGS IN THIS TOWN THAT AREN'T CHOCOLATES ARE ALL EITHER PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR ITEMS OPEN TO PUBLIC USAGE. BUT MAKE SURE TO AVOID THE 'TILE CHOCOLATES' THAT ARE USED AS ROOFS! EATING THOSE IS AGAINST THE LAW, BECAUSE DOING SO EXPOSES THE TOWN TO VARIOUS FORMS OF PRECIPITATION THAT IT OCCASIONALLY GETS." Nami wonders, "TOO COMPLICATED FOR ME." Pekoms adds, "AT THIS TOWN, YOU'RE ALLOWED TO CONSUME AS MUCH CHOCOLATE AS YOU WISH." Nami beams, "I LOVE CHOCOLATE♡ IS IT OK IF I EAT THE CHOCOLATE STRUCTURES HERE THOUGHI!" On the ship, someone says, "MY FACE WOULD BE TOO EASILY RECOGNIZED SO I'LL REMAIN HERE ON THE SHIP. BUT I'M A REAL SUCKER FOR CHOCOLATE!! I REQUEST SOME SOUVENIR CHOCOLATES FOR MYSELF AS WELL!!" Another replies, "GOT IT!" and "THIS ISN'T A BREAK, SO COME BACK HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! GAO!!" In town, a panicked figure yells, "OII!! WHAT DO YOU LOT THINK WILL HAPPEN TO ME IF THEY FOUND OUT... THAT I BROUGHT YOU ALL HEREI! TREAD LIGHTLY AND PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!" Someone reacts, "EHHHI!!" while another shouts, "OI, STRAW HAT!! QUIT SLACKING AROUND!! HURRY UP AND GET INTO YOUR DISGUISE FOR THAT..."

A large man with a P emblem on his hat lists, "MARSH-MELLOWS... ALMONDS... AND JELLY BEANS!!" while burping, "BURP". The top-hatted figure explains, "BUT OLD MAN, WE HAD A REALLY GOOD REASON FOR DOING WHAT WE DID..." The large man growls, "I'M GOING TO HAVE TO WRITE YOU TWO UP!! COME WITH ME TO THE STATION!!! CONSUMPTION OF PROPERTY... THIS IS TRULY A GRIEVOUS CRIME!!!" Nami watches, "OH...I FINE, WHATI GO ON, SPILL IT!!!"

A furious Chocolate Police Officer grabs two gluttonous men by the collars and roars, "THAT DOES IT! YOU TWO GLUTINOUS IMBECILES ARE COMING WITH ME... DOWN TO THE POLICE STATION!!!" One of the men, covered in food stains, protests with a huge grin, "IT WAS TOO DELICIOUS NOT TO EAT!!" Nearby, a flying carpet creature labeled Labiyan lets out "CAARPETI CAARPETI" while Pedro stands shocked. Onlookers shout, "PLEASE WAIT, MR. CHOCOLATE POLICE OFFICER!!" and "MR. PEDRO, VIOLENCE IS NOT THE ANSWER!! THIS IS BAD!! THEY ARE ABOUT TO GET AR-RESTED!" A narrator note reads, "T/N: WAS THAT A FLYING CARPETI!" The cafe owner arrives in a skull-patterned outfit, exclaiming, "IT APPEARS THINGS HAVE GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE!! THE OWNER OF THE CAFE HAS ARRIVED!!" A woman cries, "OH MY HEAVENS!!" The owner points dramatically, "JUST LOOK AT WHAT THEY'VE REDUCED YOUR PRECIOUS CAFE TO...!!!" while another voice asks, "WAZ DAT A FRYING GARBEDI!" The proprietor stares in shock, "AH... IF IT ISN'T THE PROPRIETOR OF THE ESTABLISH-MENT!!"

A blonde girl in a frilly top and dark skirt stands with hands on hips, angrily confronting two men on the ground. She yells, "YOU BOTH PROMISED TO EAT EVERYTHING UP!! HOW COULD YOUI! LEAVING SO MUCH TO GO TO WASTE..." One man looks up in surprise, "HUHI HEY, DO YOU KNOW HERI" while the other mutters, "HMI" and "NOT AT ALL... WHO IS SHEI ALSO, AM I THE ONLY ONE WEIRDED OUT BY THAT THING ON HER SHOULDERI!" The girl continues, "WHY DIDN'T YOU FINISH OFF THIS PARTI I WAS REALLY PROUD OF THIS PART WHERE THE JAM, CHOCOLATE, AND BISCUIT COME TOGETHER TOO!" A small tug sound effect appears as she pulls something. She smiles sweetly, "ISN'T IT YUMMYI" and urges, "C'MON NOW! EAT UP" with a heart. The sign beside her reads, "CAFE 'CARAMEL' OWNER NITRO THE JELLO LABIYAN THE CARPET" as the carpet creature watches.

The cafe owner bows apologetically, "SO THESE TWO GENTLEMEN ARE SIMPLY DISMANTLERS WHO WERE TAKING THE CAFE DOWN BEFORE IT EXPIRED! YES SIR... I HIRED THEM BOTH! OH, I SEE! MY APOLOGIES!!" A massive "SOOO FRIGGIN GOOOOOOD" sound effect erupts as the building collapses with "SFX: COLLAPSE". The owner continues, "AH, SO IT WASN'T A CRIME SCENE AFTER ALL! I'M REALLY SORRY FOR THE CHAOS CAUSED, EVERYONE!! OKAY, YOUR DUE DILIGENCE IS MUCH APPRECIATED!! ALRIGHT THEN, I'LL BE TAKING MY LEAVE!" He warns two figures, "IF YOU'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF DECONSTRUCTING DUTIES, YOU MUST FIRST PLACE A SIGN OR NOTICE STATING SUCH... NOTIFYING THE PUBLIC!! I MEAN, THERE WERE EVEN STILL CUSTOMERS IN THAT CAFE! THE TWO OF YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER!" A woman blushes with "SFX: BLUSHHH" as the owner offers kind words, "SUCH KIND WORDS" and "THE CEREMONY IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER SO PLEASE GET SOME REST AND TAKE A BREAK FROM ALL YOUR DUTIES HERE AT THE CAFE... ALL OF US HERE TRULY WISH YOU NOTHING BUT THE BEST FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!!" He adds, "OH, BEFORE I FORGET... CONGRATULATIONS... ON YOUR MARRIAGE, LADY PUDDING!"

A group including a tall curly-haired man, a bearded swordsman, and two girls in hats react with surprise. The swordsman says, "YOHOHO, THIS TOO IS PART OF OUR FUTURE PIRATE KING'S TALENTS!! WHAT FORTUITOUS LUCK... I WONDER WHO THAT GIRL IS... SHE'S FAR TOO FORGIVING! IT APPEARS MR. LUFFY HAS BEEN SAVED!" Suddenly, massive beasts attack: a spotted dinosaur-like creature lunges with "WHY ARE YOU HE-" and a "!!" sound, while a horned pig-like beast roars, "IT'S BEEN FAR TOO LONG!! CAPTAIN PEDRO!!" Another panel shows "HMI" as the fight erupts with impact effects. The swordsman warns, "I'LL TELL YOU ABOUT IT LATER... YOU KNOW PEOPLE IN THIS TOWNI!" The cafe owner faces the beasts, declaring, "I AM HERE ON VACATION... IF YOU WOULD BE SO KIND AS TO NOT ALERT OTHERS OF MY ARRIVAL, I'D BE APPRECIATIVE. OF COURSE SIR, I'M HONORED TO HAVE EVEN JUST MET YOU ONCE MORE!!" while the creatures snarl and clash around him.

Luffy grins widely and thanks his rescuer, "THANKS A BUNCH, YOU REALLY BAILED US OUT BACK THERE!!" He then asks curiously, "SO YOUR NAME IS PUDDING, HUHI" A voice off-panel mutters, "MAN..." Pudding, a young woman with long wavy hair, blushes and exclaims, "TOO DELICIOUS NOT TO EAT" with hearts, followed by "KYAAA" as she reacts shyly. She continues, "W... WELL BECAUSE YOU SAID MY CAFE WAS..." while another figure protests, "WHY'S THATI!" and "I SHOULD BE THE ONE THANKING YOU!!" Pudding adds, "OH NO, PLEASE DON'T MENTION IT!!" In a flashback panel, she explains her recipe: "AT 29 DEGREES CELSIUS FOR 3 DAYS AND NIGHTS IN A ROW!! I ADDED PURE BEET SUGAR AND MILK TO COCOABUTTER AND THEN I KNEADED THE MIXTURE TOGETHER... She then says politely, "I DON'T MEAN TO BE RUDE PUDDING, WE APPRECIATE YOUR HOSPITALITY AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE LONGER... BUT WE ALL HAVE SOMEWHERE URGENT TO BE." Luffy suddenly stands and shouts, "HEY NOW!! I'M GONNA BE PIRATE KI..." while a woman reacts with shock, "EHI!" and another figure asks, "WHERE ARE MY MANNERS...
