Nearby voices react in shock: "NOT SANJI, BUT YONJII! HIS FACE IS THE SPITTING IMAGE OF SANJI'S!" and "EVEN HIS EYEBROWS ARE CURLY! HOW ARE YOU NOT SANJII!" Another figure adds, "I DON'T BLAME YOU THOUGH, WE DO LOOK ALIKE." and "YOU'VE GOT THE WRONG GUY." A sign identifies him as "GERMA 66 (WINCH GREEN) YONJI VINSMOKE." HOW DID YOU FIGURE OUT HE'S SANJI'S LITTLE BROTHERI" and "SO HE HAS A LITTLE BROTHER, HUH... HMI!" Yonji's group prepares to leave as one says, "WE'RE LEAVING, THERE'S NO REASON FOR US TO BE HERE. MASTER YONJI..." A small girl points and shouts, "YOU REALLY ARE SANJI, AREN'T YOUI!" Meanwhile, Luffy lies poisoned on the ground, covered in a spreading rash, coughing violently as allies cry out, "THE RASH IS SPREADING! HIS RESISTANCE IS DROPPING! AAGH! LUFFY!" and "GEHO! HUUUGG GHH... IT'S YONJI, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! WAIT, SANJI!"

Allies plead desperately around the poisoned Luffy: "PLEASE! WE'RE SIMPLY ASKING FOR SOME ANTIDOTE!" and "LUFFY! DON'T DIE~! YOU CAN'T LOSE TO SOME FISH POISON! YOU'RE THE MAN THAT'S GONNA BE THE PIRATE KING!" Luffy coughs violently, "COUGH! AGH!" Yonji smirks and taunts, "HOW ABOUT YOU TRY STEALING THE ANTIDOTE FROM MEI LIKE A PIRATE WOULD... SUCKS TO BE YOU GUYS... I'M NOT THE TYPE OF MAN THAT GOES AROUND SAVING PEOPLE." A woman begs, "IF YOU REALLY ARE SANJI'S LITTLE BROTHER, PLEASE! PLEASE HELP US SAVE LUFFY!" Others react in anger: "HE'S NOT EVEN THE LEAST BIT NICE!" and "WHAT'S WITH THIS SCHMUCKI! HE MIGHT LOOK LIKE SANJI, BUT THEY'RE TOTALLY DIFFERENT!" as Yonji is addressed directly, "YONJI."

A small Germa soldier stares up at her in awe. "SO PRETTY! LITTLE BROTHERI! SO YOU'RE THAT GUY'S OLDER SISTERI! AND YOUR EYEBROWS ARE ALL CURLY TOO!" Reiju's expression hardens as the soldier is suddenly struck and sent flying amid debris and impact lines. "DAMN YOU! HOW DARE YOU SHAME ME LIKE THAT! REIGE!" Reiju commands, "SILENCE! YOU'RE DOING A FINE ENOUGH JOB SHAMING YOURSELF!" A large sign reads "GERMA 66 (POISON PINK) REIGE VINSMOKE".

Brook's face fills a panel as he explains, "ARE A TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED FIGHTING SQUAD. THAT'S EXACTLY WHY MAMA'S AFTER THEIR POWERS!" A skeleton in a top hat floats in the air while Brook remarks, "UH... IS IT JUST ME OR IS HE FLOATINGI!" Reiju continues, "A CLAN THAT, LONG AGO, RULED ALL OF NORTH BLUE WITH AN IRON FIST! IS THAT THE NAME OF A LINE OF ROYALSI PEKOMS... THE VINSMOKE FAMILY..." Brook replies, "I'VE BEEN ALIVE FOR A LONG TIME, YOU SURE ARE WELL VERSED ON YOUR HISTORY. OHI MR. SKELETON, I GUESS... ALTHOUGH I DID DIE SOMEWHERE ALONG THE WAY..." Reiju corrects, "BUT YOU'RE A BIT MISTAKEN. THIS IS NO STORY OF THE PAST. WE ARE STILL ROYALS." The group reacts in shock at an old illustration of the Vinsmoke family, "WHAAAAI! ARE THEY REALLY THAT INFAMOUSI!"

Reiju adjusts her earpiece while the small Germa soldier protests, "BY THE WAY, DO YOU THINK YOU COULD ALLOW ME TO PARTICIPATE IN YOUR PANTIESI" Reiju replies coolly, "HM PH. KNOCK IT OFF!" and "AH, I SEE. MY APOLOGIES." The soldier asks, "DID HE EAT AN ARMORED STONEFISH FROM THE HOT-HOT SEAI WHAAAAI! HOW DID YOU KNOWI!" Reiju tastes something and notes the symptoms. A woman with curly hair appears, heart symbols floating, saying "NOW, THEN... SHALL I HAVE A TASTEI" Reiju examines the soldier's face closely. "IS MY FAVORITE DELICACY. IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT THIS POISON..." The soldier panics, "HUHI! WHAT SHOULD WE DOI! I'M A FAILURE OF A DOCTOR! WAAAGH!" Reiju states, "THIS POISON'S MECHANISM OF ACTION IS UNIQUE. DO NOT FRET. HE IS IN LUCK."

Reiju suddenly kisses the Germa soldier on the mouth, sucking out the poison as dramatic speed lines and impact effects burst across the panel. The soldier screams, "HUUUHI! OI! WAIT! STOP! IF YOU TRY TO SUCK OUT THAT MUCH POISON, YOU'LL BE THE ONE THAT ENDS UP DYING!" Reiju pulls back, saying "THANK YOU FOR THE MEAL." The soldier's rash visibly transfers to Reiju's lips. "THE RASH IS... BEING TRANSFERRED TO HERI!" The soldier cries, "AAAAAH! NOT FAIR! I WANT A SMOOCH TOO! EXCEPT I DON'T HAVE LIPS!" Reiju stands up as the poison effect erupts violently from her body with swirling energy and motion lines. Nearby characters react in alarm, "WHOA! WHA-"

Reiju leans back with a satisfied expression, headphones on, as she swallows the poison. "GULP" "YUM" she says with a heart, licking her lips. "SLURP" Luffy lies on the ground nearby, eyes wide in shock. "WHAAATI! LUFFY'S RASH COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED!" someone exclaims. Reiju smiles calmly. "I AM THE POISON PINK!" she declares. "YES, OF COURSE. I'M FINE." Luffy sits up, sweat dropping. "DID YOU JUST SUCK OUT ALL THE POISONI ARE YOU OKAYI!" Reiju had earlier been shown gulping the toxin with "GAH" and "HAA..." while Luffy reacted with surprise.

Luffy suddenly coughs violently on the deck. "WHEEZE WHEEZE" "COUGH COUGH" "Luffy~!" Reiju calls. A skull-faced figure yells "HOLY SMOKES!" and "GAAA AAHH HAA!" Luffy recovers instantly, grinning widely while being embraced. "HUHI! I WAS EATING THE FISH, AND THEN... I MUST'A FALLEN ASLEEP HUHI AW MAN, THAT FISH'S SKIN WAS SO GOOD, TOO! DO WE HAVE ANY LEFTI" Reiju replies happily, "I'M SO GLAD!" "ARE YOU FEELING BETTERI!" Luffy cheers, "LUUUFF FFFYYY!" A voice warns, "DON'T EVEN GO THERE!" Nearby, someone asks, "WHATI! THANK YOU! WHO IS SHE, THOUGHI" Reiju stands with the group as Sanji reacts with surprise. "SHE'S A WOMAN!" "SANJII!" Luffy turns with a puzzled "HMI"

Reiju speaks to the group on the deck. "TAKING CARE OF MY LITTLE BROTHER FOR ALL THIS TIME." A large "!!" appears as she continues, "YOU HAVE MY MOST SINCERE THANKS FOR..." The crew stares at the Thousand Sunny in the distance. "SO THAT'S STRAW HAT LUFFY..." Reiju explains the past: "TWO YEARS AGO, A WANTED POSTER FEATURING SOMEWHAT RESEMBLING HIM BEGAN TO CIRCULATE..." "FATHER SENT THE MARINE HQ AFTER HIM, BUT... IT SEEMS THE MAN IN THE PORTRAIT WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON NAMED DUVAL." "INDEED, SANJI LEFT US AT A VERY YOUNG AGE, AND EVER SINCE THEN, MY FATHER HAS BEEN SEARCHING FOR HIM." "WHOOAAA! SO THEN YOU MUST BE SANJI'S OLDER SISTER!" The crew discusses the bounty mix-up and the recent accurate poster of "BLACK LEG SANJI."

Reiju holds up Sanji's wanted poster. "FROM 'DEAD OR ALIVE' TO 'ONLY ALIVE.'" The poster reads "ONLY ALIVE SANJI" with a massive bounty. "IMMEDIATELY, FATHER RAISED HIS BOUNTY, AND CHANGED THE BOUNTY CONDITIONS..." She continues, "I CANNOT SAY... PERHAPS HE IS WITH BIG MOM... OR MY FATHER." "WE CAME OUT TO MEET HIM BUT IT APPEARS WE LOST OUR WAY." Luffy points dramatically at her. "HE'S MY FRIEND!" "BUT WE WANT YOU TO GIVE US SANJI BACK!" Reiju smiles. "SANJI'S SISTER!" "WHERE IS HEI" "SO THAT'S WHY SANJI'S POSTER STUCK OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB..." Luffy shouts, "SANJI'S SISTER!" Reiju replies, "THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME."

A stern Germa 66 officer with curly eyebrows and headphones glares and snaps, "YOU'VE GONE AND SAVED THE LIFE OF OUR ENEMY." Beside him, Reiju smiles faintly with a thought bubble of ellipses. Below, the officer continues, "SEE WHAT YOU'VE DONE..." On the next tier, a cloaked figure demands, "WHY ARE YOU LOITERING AROUND WITH THE STRAW HATSI!" while addressing Pekoms, "AND YOU! YOU'RE PEKOMS, FROM BIG MOM'S CREW, NOI" In the chaotic lower panels, Luffy leaps across crumbling stone as debris flies. The tall officer retorts, "POINT WELL TAKEN!!" Pekoms roars "GAOH!" and declares, "AND I DON'T FEEL LIKE TELLIN' YOU 'EM! I'VE GOT MY OWN REASONS, KID!" Luffy shouts "WAH!" while Pekoms adds, "TIED TOGETHER YET! WE STILL AIN'T..."

Reiju stands with one leg raised and states, "YEAH. IF WE MAKE A SCENE HERE, OUR BROTHER'S MARRIAGE... WILL GET CALLED OFF. WE WOULD BOTH DO WELL TO TREAD CAREFULLY FROM HERE ON OUT." She continues, "FOR NOW, I THINK WE'LL PRETEND WE NEVER SAW ANYTHING HERE." A small panel shows a footstep labeled "FLUMP". Luffy stares seriously at a wanted poster of himself. Reiju bids, "LUCK BE WITH YOU..." and "FARE-WELL." The lion-mink replies, "GOOD IDEA!" The scene shifts underwater as an enormous figure crashes in with a massive "ドン!!" sound. A caption reads, "AN UNEXPECTED PERSONA SHOWS UP IN THE PLAN TO SAVE SANJI!!" Jinbe surfaces and asks, "JINBEI WHAT ARE YOUR ORDERS," while declaring, "I'M POSITIVE...STRAW HAT LUFFY IS ON BOARD."
