UNDERSTOOD

On the back of the massive elephant Zunesha, Jack's forces continue their relentless assault. A subordinate sneers, "THEN ITS SKIN OUGHT TO HAVE BECOME WEAK AND AGED!" Another laughs, "A LIVING LEGENDI HAH! MORE LIKE A HALF-DEAD RELIC!" while a third adds, "IF THIS THING REALLY HAS BEEN ALIVE FOR A THOUSAND YEARS." Explosions rock the creature's body with massive SFX "ドドドン!! ドン!! ドドドン!!" as cannon fire and projectiles strike. "GOOD. KEEP POURING IT ON," orders one attacker. The crew discusses brutal tactics: "RIP THROUGH ITS BELLY FROM THE INSIDE OUTI WONDERFUL!" "GOUGE OUT ITS EYES AND CUT OFF ITS TONGUEI EXCELLENT!" "THEN WE CAN FINISH IT OFF HOWEVER WE LIKE!" "THAT'S IT! IF WE FORCE IT TO ITS KNEES, WE CAN GET NEAR ITS HEAD!" A determined mink-like fighter with a headband watches the barrage with a fierce expression amid the smoke and debris.

Luffy shouts desperately, "QUICKLY..." while clutching his head. A mink pleads, "IF YOU ARE OUT THERE... PLEASE... COMMAND ME..." Luffy stares in shock with a "I" as Nami cries out, "WE DON'T HEAR ANYONE!" Luffy yells, "LUFFY! WHO ARE YOU YELLING ATI!" A crewmate demands, "COMMAND YOUI! WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEANI! ANSWER ME! WHO EVEN ARE YOUI!" The Straw Hats react with confusion and alarm aboard the battered ships.

A mink recalls, "IT IS SAID THAT GOL D. ROGER AND LORD ODEN SAID THE SAME WHEN THEY VISITED THIS LAND..." Luffy shouts, "I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO IT BELONGS TO! THE VOICE DOESN'T LISTEN TO ME! ALL I CAN DO IS HEAR!" Close-ups show Zunesha's eye reacting with SFX "キィィィン" and "ゴゴゴ". The mink realizes, "THAT THEY COULD HEAR A MAJESTIC VOICE THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO CONVERSE WITH..." A mink cries out, "JACK IS... HE IS ATTACKING ZOU!" Another shouts, "IT'S JACK!" The crew reacts in horror: "ZUNISHA IS BEING ATTACKEDI!" "HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU TELL FROM HEREI!" "TO OUR 9 O'CLOCK!" "THERE'S 5 SHIPS OUT THERE, ARMED TO THE TEETH!" "WHATI!" "SO JACK REALLY DID SURVIVE!" Duke Inuarashi orders, "SEND OUT THE SHIPS! WE SHALL ENGAGE JACK AT SEA!" A mink warns, "YOU ALL WILL BE IN GRAVE DANGER!" Momonosuke clutches his head, "THE PAIN! IF I WERE TO FALL..." and cries, "MOMO! HOW DO YOU KNOW THESE THINGSI!" "THEY JUST... THEY COME INTO MY HEAD! I'M... SCARED..." Roger and others charge into battle amid the chaos.

A massive close-up reveals the enormous elephant Zunesha's head and trunk as it trudges through the sea. A voice declares, "THE OWNER OF THIS VOICE... IS THE ELEPHANT ITSELF." Shocked reactions fill the panels: "!!I ZUNI-SHAI!" The narration continues, explaining that in the ancient past, Zunesha committed a crime and was sentenced to walk for all eternity at the behest of an order. A desperate young boy with wide eyes and sweat drops pleads upward, "YOU MUST GIVE ME PERMISSION! JUST THIS ONCE!" while Zunesha's massive eye looms nearby. The boy finishes, "THAT IS WHY... THAT IS WHY..."

Zunesha's massive form rears up amid crashing waves and stormy skies as Momonosuke shouts from a high vantage, "COMMAND ME! ALLOW ME TO FIGHT!" The elephant trumpets with a thunderous "BRRRR WOOOOO OOOO!" and a powerful impact SFX. Below, Momonosuke reacts with "HUHI" as allies cry out "MOMO! YOU SAY IT!" and "THE BEAST IS COMING DOWN! EAT THAT! GYA HA HA HA! IT WORKED!" Momonosuke sweats heavily, realizing, "BUT HOW IN THE WORLD AM I SUPPOSED TO SPEAK LOUD ENOUGH..." while another voice insists, "IF ZOU IS TAKEN DOWN, I THINK YOUR VOICE WILL REACH IT!" The group debates frantically as Zunesha continues its advance.

Momonosuke yells desperately, "DRIVE OUT JACK! PUSH HIM BACK! DO NOT GIVE UP, ZOU! YOU MUST NOT FALL!" as Zunesha's massive leg lifts amid swirling water and debris. An ally confirms, "UNDERSTOOD." Shocked onlookers react with "WHA-" and "WHA AAI!" as the trunk swings and the beast's body surges through the ocean, sending massive waves crashing toward distant ships.

Zunesha's trunk rises dramatically from the sea as characters shout, "IT'S TRUNKI!" and "!!I" The massive appendage sweeps across the water, striking several pirate ships with tremendous force. Impact lines and flying debris fill the panels as vessels are hurled aside. A close-up shows a wide, focused eye. The trunk smashes through the fleet in a burst of speed lines and water spray. From the deck of one ship, a horned figure and crew react in horror: "HOLY SHI~!!!"

Zunesha's massive head fills the page as the colossal elephant swings its trunk with devastating force. The trunk smashes through Jack's fleet, shattering wooden ships and sending debris flying in all directions. Explosions and impact lines erupt across the water as vessels are crushed and capsized. A speech bubble shows multiple exclamation marks from a shocked observer. Large black SFX letters dominate the lower half of the page, emphasizing the thunderous impact of the blow.

Zunesha's enormous leg and trunk continue the assault, kicking and smashing through the remaining ships. Mink warriors tumble through the air amid the chaos. Massive waves crash outward from the destruction. The lower panels show the fleet reduced to scattered wreckage floating on turbulent water, with smoke and debris everywhere. A small figure with a top hat shouts "OH MY GO-SARU!!" while peering through a telescope from a cliff. Zunesha stands calmly in the sea as the water settles.
